Aku suka banget sama service dan kebersihan kamarnya. Kamar dan bahkan di area lift pun juga wangi. Aku juga suka banget karena di awal kedatangan kami disuguhi oleh 2 voucher dimsum yang enak banget. Ditambahkan lagi dengan special request dari kami juga dibantu untuk disiapkan diantaranya mirror art, towel art, dan welcoming cake yang enak banget. Desain mirror art dan towel art nya juga super cantik. Loveee ❤️❤️

Overall pengalaman menginap di ashley tang di sini cukup menyenangkan. Lokasinya strategis, gampang ke mana-mana, jadi enak banget buat yang punya agenda di Jakarta. Proses check-in lumayan cepat dan stafnya ramah serta helpful. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, ukurannya pas, AC dingin, dan tempat tidurnya empuk—cukup bikin istirahat jadi tenang setelah seharian aktivitas. Fasilitas hotelnya juga lengkap dan terawat. Untuk kali pertama stay di Ashley Tang Menteng Jakarta ini. Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya luas, bersih & nyaman, staffnya ramah, lokasinya strategis untuk yg suka makan, karena sangat dekat dengan kawasan kuliner Sabang, namun tidak ramah akses pejalan kaki apalagi untuk keluarga yg berpergian membawa stroller bayi. Terima kasih banyak untuk Mbak Muthi untuk early check in-nya, Mbak Martha untuk long stay gift-nya, Andrian & semua Bapak Bellboy untuk bantuannya, Mbak Rachel & Restaurant team untuk bantuannya setiap pagi saat sarapan, dan terima kasih jg Mas Dio (untuk hadiahnya buat anak saya), kebersihan kamarnya, dan Housekeeping team untuk area umum lainnya. p.s. Menu makanan di Tong House Restaurant juga beragam, harganya affordable, rasanya juaraaaa, & sambalnya enak. Layak dicoba! 🙌🏼 Sayangnya untuk tamu long stay menu sarapan kurang beragam, namun saya mengerti mungkin Ashley Tang ini lebih diperuntukkan untuk Business Trip/Short Trip. Tapi overall semuanya memuaskan 😊

Pengalaman kedua menginap di Ashley Tang dan lagi-lagi puas dengan pelayanan dan keramahan staf-stafnya. Saat tiba saya mendapat pelayanan yang baik dan ramah oleh Mba Martha, Mba Muthi serta Mas Iqbal, bahkan diberi fasilitas free early check in. Dapat compliment juga dari Mas Riyan, housekeeping kamar kami berupa set krayon & activity book karena tau kami membawa anak kecil.
