Nginap 1 malam disini saya dpt harga 350k karena lagi high season natal, saya booking tanpa sarapan krn sengaja mau makan sekalian jalan2 di MKG saja. Dengan fasilitas kamar yg didapat rasanya agak kurang worth karena ngga ada pemanas air, kopi/teh dan sandal (kalau mau harus bayar biaya tambahan), tp kalau mau bayar tambahan pun masih cukup murah sih, untuk pemanas air dan kopi+teh cukup bayar 15rb, dan sarapan per pax nya hanya 38rb, kalau sandal & sikat gigi lupa biaya tambahannya berapa. Selain itu sudah tersedia di kamar (handuk, sabun cair, dan gelas), di tiap lantai juga ada dispenser jadi bisa free flow air minum sepuasnya. Kamarnya sendiri terbilang kecil, tp masih ada space untuk sholat di deket jendela, kamar mandi bersih, shower air hangatnya juga pas. Untuk akses ke mall bisa lewat lt.3 langsung ke food court, lobby nya ga terlalu luas tp banyak tempat duduk Yg saya ga sangka adalah service dari para staff nya, disini semua staff nya ramah dan informatif, pas baru datang security nya gercep bantuin nurunin barang dari taksi, beda dengan Hotel POP! di kota lain yang pernah saya datengin, disini berasa hotel bintang 3. Cuma disayangkan pas jam 2 pagi sempet keganggu alarm kebakaran yg bunyi, ternyata menurut security yg jaga ada yg ngerokok di kamar sebelah saya. Selebihnya oke, nyaman untuk beristirahat.

Menginap di POP! Hotel Kelapa Gading memberikan pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan nyaman untuk beristirahat. Pelayanan stafnya ramah dan profesional, khususnya Kak Sutan, Kak Taufik, dan Kak Azmi yang sangat membantu, responsif, dan selalu memberikan pelayanan dengan senyum. Proses check-in dan check-out berjalan cepat dan lancar. Lokasi hotel juga strategis, dekat dengan pusat kuliner dan akses transportasi sehingga memudahkan mobilitas. Menginap selama 7 hari untuk acara kantor. Tiap hari dibersihkan, staf hotel ramah-ramah. Kamar memang tidak begitu luas, namun nyaman dan tenang. Perlengkapan mandi, disediakan handuk dan sabun, namun tidak dengan sikat & pasta gigi serta sandal hotel. Di lantai 3 ada penghubung dengan Mal Kelapa Gading, serta lantai 3 ini ada tempat makan untuk sarapan. Menunya bervariasi dari bubur, roti, nasi, buah dan juga beberapa minuman seperti kopi, teh, infuse water, jus buah dan air putih

Mall Di kelapa Gading Jakut. Ada akses Nyambung sama food court mall, di lantai 3 nya, jadi kalau mau apa² Deket. Depannya hotel masjid, bisa cari kuliner terjangkau. Dilobi juga ada mini cafe yang jual minuman dingin, Snack, ice cream, kopi, mie² dan dimsum. Bisa diantar di kamar, ngga ada tambahan biaya service. Mantap, harga dimsumnya 5rb, dan pop mie 15 RB. Tapi minusnya disini, tidak ada sandal, sikat dan pasta gigi, dan di dalam ngga ada minum dan kopi sachet, hanya ada 2 gelas kosong, dan bisa diisi air putih di galon tiap lantai. Buat makanannya, nasi, sayur (1 macam) dan protein (2macam) 1 hewani 1 nabati. Disini saya menginap 7 hari tapi buat gelasnya ketika tiap hari dibersihkan tidak ikut diganti hoho. Padahal ada 1 yang sudah terpakai. Buat sabun dan shampo akan di Refill setiap hari. Overall good.

Semakin sering nginap di hotel ini, semakin bisa dilihat kekurangan dari hotel ini. 1. Bed cover ada bekas telapak sepatu, dan hari ke dua tetap dengan bed cover yang sama ( artinya tidak diganti ). 2. Dispenser kosong, mau ambil air dan mau minum obat tidak bisa ( LT 5 ). 3. Handuk warna putih sudah kusam.. Apakah karena sudah sering inap jd perhatiannya kurang, sementara baru inap kalau saya baca review nya, mereka senang dengan hotel ini. 4. Untuk Staff Hotel : ok

Fasilitas sangat kurang sekali Air hangat rusak tidak ada Kamar sangat tidak terawat dan sempit harga mahal perkamarnya dibandingkan hotel lainnya Kelebihannya hanya jadi satu dgn mall kelapa gading saja, lainnya amat sangat tidak layak, ini berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi, semoga dpt berbenah kedepannya menjadi lebih baik lagi

Saya baru pertama nginap di tempat ini, namun saya melihat bahwa pelayanannya bagus sekali mulai dari turun kenderaaan sdh disambut dan dilayani security bahkan smpai kepda resespsionisnya. Pelayanan ok. Saya tidak bisa makan Kacang, tapi pilihan selai utk roti hanya selai kacang dan petugas katakan tidak ada selai lainnya... Hmmm sekelas hotel Pop cuma satu jenis selai? Pilihan sarapan gak banyak gak jadi masalah selama makanan yg ada rasanya enak... Maaf rasa enak itu tergantung selera, dan buat selera saya makanan nya tidak enak
