Dah lama jadi pelanggan.. Memang se enak itu☺ Sampai- sampai setelah covid hampir setiap week end menyempatkan kesini buat beli dan mengintip rasa/varian baru. Chocolate Mochi Croissant, Cromboloni, Sourdough, dan dessert premium the best... Korean garlic dan semua enak Harga sebanding dengan kualitas dan rasa Pelayanan baik Lokasi mudah dicari, di lantai 4 ga jauh dari eskalator

Gaada nota dan ice gel, padahal nota pembayaran buat bukti aja kalau harga cokelat cracks beneran 295 ribu, terus ice gel doang gak dikasih, soalnya aku perlu bgt ice gel saat itu buat dibawa ke hotel... Gak lagi deh, gak worth it harga cokelatnya
Pertama kali coba pas lg libur lebaran. Sepi jd gak antri. Dubai chewy cookie nya lumayan manis. Pistachio nya padat.packaging dubai chewy nya rapih aman. Nastar nya katanya wisman, di cium kurang wangi wisman, model nastar basah, nanas nya asam manis dan full. Syg isian nastar g banyak. Mau tanya ttp nastar udh kebuka, ini sengaja atau gmn y?
Do not accept orders with specific notes if you cannot fulfill them. I ordered the white sourdough through GrabFood. Based on the photos on the app, the loaf is shown whole and uncut, which is exactly what I needed. I also clearly wrote a note saying “jangan dipotong.” However, when the driver arrived, the bakery informed him that they only had loaves that were already cut. If that was the case, the order should not have been accepted in the first place. Accepting an order while ignoring the customer’s note wastes everyone’s time and effort. Please ensure that orders with specific requests are only accepted if they can actually be fulfilled, or inform the customer beforehand so they can decide whether to proceed or cancel.

I come here often, but this time I was very disappointed. While waiting in line, all the croissants I was holding fell when I tried to take a quick look inside, honestly because the box was very flimsy and not sturdy at all. What made the experience worse was that none of the staff offered any help to clean up. My husband had to handle everything himself, while the employees seemed indifferent. Honestly, I can’t imagine if I had been there alone, heavily pregnant, and everything fell on the floor and I was just left to clean it up myself, haha. At the cashier, I had to ask for a box replacement myself, as there was no initiative to ask whether it should be replaced or not. The cashier process was slow, the staff were not friendly, and overall the experience was very uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant shopping experience at the Grand Indonesia branch.
Dibelikan sama istri kemarin buat keluarga kami di banjarmasin, kalsel. Sourdought nya enak dengan berbagai rasa. Nanti kalau ke sini lagi bisa jadi alternatif oleh-oleh buat keluarga.
