The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quite fast even when the resto was crowded. Quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth it.
Five stars for the spoon tiramisu!!! suka banget karena creamy, bitter, and sweet at once! Aaand an extra star for Alfaris’s amazing service and his pasta recommendations especially for creamy spaghetti carbonara!

ngecek karena dari luar keliatan sepi, tapi disuruh antri dulu ada kali 10 menit, mana manggil2 dari dalem lagi bukannya nyamperin kedepan, disuruh duduk, tapi udah 15 menit nggak dilayanin, malah mondar mandir nggak tau ngapain, yang jaga kayaknya 3 orang doang. ogah kesini lagi service buruk banget👎
Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk. Teruntuk waiter atas nama Alfresco / Alberto (nama tidak jelas) mohon etika kepada pelanggan untuk dijaga 👎🏻 Anda tidak cocok jadi pelayanan kalau menatap pelanggan aja dengan sinis. Semoga dapat diperbaiki
Its actually has the potential to be a really nice place to dine. The restaurant itself feels comfortable, and the food was good overall. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. One of the staff members (who wear black suit) came across as quite unfriendly and rather bossy, with no warmth at all, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming. Even though the other staff were actually friendly, the overall service still felt lacking. A few requests, even something as simple as asking for a spoon, had to be repeated several times before it was finally brought over. I’m not sure if it was because they were overwhelmed, but for the price point, the experience just didn’t feel worth it.

Pelayanan dr ka rindi sangat baik dengan tamunya, saya suka sekali
I live in this mall and have tried multiple times to give Monsieur Spoon a chance, but every single time I walk past, the music is blasting so loud it’s actually uncomfortable. There’s zero sense of hospitality, so I’ve never even felt like sitting down. Today I finally decided to try it anyway, big mistake. I bought two pastries, including a chocolatine, and both were honestly shocking. The chocolatine was completely black and rock hard. I’m not exaggerating (watch at the video), I just took it from downstairs to upstairs. This means they most probably old not sold pastries. Disgusting! I knocked it on the table and it literally sounded like a stone. Clearly stale, clearly not fresh, and absolutely not edible. Between the lack of basic service and the poor product quality, I don’t understand how this is still operating like this. Won’t be coming back.

the food was great, the ambience and places were great, cookies nya juga enak bgt must try sihhh, mas afid juga great bgt recommend makanan nya, very very nicee place to go with family and friends
