Bandara massage & Refleksi

I asked for a 30-minute refleksi massage (180,000). The masseur said I could choose either back or legs. I chose back. The massage was starting in a common area on a chair. During the session, he suggested moving to a private room, saying it would be more comfortable on a massage table. I agreed. Then I thought about it and decided to extend the massage by another 30 minutes. I asked for back and a bit of legs. So total — 60 minutes of refleksi, which according to the price list costs 250,000. After the massage, the masseur says, "Well, this was actually a full body massage, so I'll charge you 350,000." It's not about the 100,000 - it's that he simply replaced one service with another without asking me. Then he said five times, "Will you leave me a tip?" When I was paying at the counter, he said again, "And a tip for me, right?" I always leave a tip, but in this case I didn't want to. Because you're being pressured and it's very unpleasant. The massage itself was okay. Not amazing but I can't say it was bad neo. But this kind of tip-begging is unpleasant. Next time, even if I have free time before my flight, I won't go to this place.

1. The cleanliness and overall condition of the premises need improvement. The environment appears dated, and the pillow and bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. I had to request a replacement, which should not be necessary. 2. The massage beds are not up to professional standards. One was excessively soft while the other was too hard, affecting comfort and the overall experience. 3. The massage techniques did not meet expected standards. There was a lack of understanding of meridian points, and the service felt very basic. Additional training for the therapists is strongly recommended. 4. It is not appropriate to request tips from customers. Tips should be given voluntarily as a reflection of good service, not as an obligation. 5. The therapist’s attitude became visibly unfriendly when no tip was given, which is unprofessional and negatively impacts the customer experience. Overall, the business requires significant improvement in service quality, professionalism, and customer experience. First time visit and the last one.

Had 5 hours to wait for next plane ✈️ the gents took all the stress away and felt very relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend if waiting and nothing to do.

Fußreflex Massage war war nicht die beste die ich hatte aber trotzdem gut. 180K für 30 min ist relativ teuer aber man ist ja auch immer noch am Flughafen also voll in Ordnung. Am Ende wollte er noch ganz selbstverständlich so eine Entgiftungstuchmaske auf meine Füsse machen, hätte ich aber nicht gefragt ob das dazu gehört (was natürlich extra gekostet hätte) hätte ich mich am Ende wahrscheinlich über die Rechnen gewundert. Wie in den Rezensionen davor, wurde ich dann auch nach Trinkgeld gefragt. Sonst war das Person aber sehr freundlich.

An hour well spent at the airport. This place is the reason I would arrive early at the airport while travelling back from Jakarta.

I had a positive experience and would highly recommend this establishment, although the price may be a consideration for some. Gratuities are customary. Suitable for those who loves a strong massages. Look for deddy.
