Gaharu spa & fitness

Mbak Desi terima kasih atas terapisnya

mbak desi ramah bgt, massagenya toppp, &&& enaak!

We tried the Patek Ngayogyakarto Hadiningrat for couple during our stay at Tentrem Hotel Semarang. The masseuse, Mbak Ega and Mbak Suci, both provided excellent treatment with a high standard to rejuvenate our body. Thank you and truly deserve a five star review.

A spa inside tentrem hotel, conveniently located in the same building with children playroom. I had a good massage served by Desi. Good wind down time after long day in Semarang.

suasana nyaman, tempat bersih, para pegawai ramah - cc CS Andini.

Heerlijk couple massage gehad afgelopen zondag, wij worden behandeld door Novi en Suci, goede sfeer, wij konden goed onstpannen. Ik kan iedereen aanraden om dit te doen

Don't get me wrong, I love the hotel, the room, services and the location everything was perfect. This feedback is for the Hotel Spa and since it was under the same management, I do hope that they could improve their services. I recently booked for me and my Mom what was advertised as a facial acupressure treatment, expecting a therapeutic session focused on acupressure points to relieve tension and improve circulation. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. The session felt more like a basic skincare or makeup cleansing routine—there were no identifiable acupressure techniques applied, no focus on pressure points, and certainly none of the physical relief typically associated with acupressure therapy. At best, it was a gentle facial wipe-down with products, not the treatment I was led to believe I was paying for (1 million rupiah for 2 person). I felt misled by the description, and this experience did not deliver the benefits or service promised. If this was intended to be a facial massage or cleansing, it should be marketed as such—calling it “facial acupressure” is misleading and sets false expectations. I hope this feedback encourages the provider to clarify their service descriptions to ensure transparency and avoid disappointing other clients.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan bisa treatment spa di Gaharu Hotel Tentrem Semarang.. dipijat oleh mba Yani dan mba Eti, enak sekali pijatannya dan juga sopan.

Super duper nyaman dan profesional

ok lah

Sangat disayangkan, hotel semewah ini tempat fitnessnya kurang menarik. Apalagi resepsionisnya. Seperti enggan melayani.
