I entered the nail shop in MOI to get my monthly pedicure same as my brother, the salon was full of vibes, it looked nice clean and the staff looked well mannered but I was shocked when I was met with an additional fee after I already paid for what I was doing, I made sure to check what the additional charges were for and no.sign.for.anything, they told me it was for tax because I looked from another country and expected me to just take it but in fact I am Indonesian and I know how the tax works here, this additional fee was worth about 200 thousand by the way, they proceeded to talk on Indonesian calling me and my brother “bau” which means stinky just becuase my roots are Indian, I told them I knew how to speak Indonesian and they rolled their eyes, additionally I told them to kindly please switch on the massage chair feature but told me it was broken, I proceeded to try to turn it on myself but they told me to not touch their “expensive appliances” overall, the staff was very rude, nothing I have ever experienced when I’ve gone on trips like Korea, Japan, Thailand, Philippines or any other place in Europe, please improve your staff and behavior, I will NOT be returning back here until I get a proper apology

We tried to check our data, but we could not find your name in the system nor two pedicure treatment for men in the last week. The prices in our store includes tax, so there should not be additional fees involved. We also have never charged for foreign tax. All the massage chairs are working in the last week. We also would not speak badly of customers in such a way. Could it be possible that you have the wrong store? However if this is our store, we are always open to feedback if there is anything lacking in the experience we provide.
