sudah berkali-kali datang untuk manicure/pedicure spa, dulu pernah sm kakak rambut pendek kacamata(?) super bersih dan digosok sampai kaki mulus, bahkan dia makesure telapak kaki cust benar-benar bersih, lately dengan kakak yang berbeda, gosreknya seadanya, ngga ditanya mau di gunting atau dirapiin aja kukunya, kenapa tiap therapist beda ya? 🥲bukankah harusnya ada SOP? tolong konsistensinya ya kak

Selalu kesini setiap ada acara penting ya memang harus booking dulu, kalo bisa dari jauh2 hari karena biasanya slot suka penuuh. Thanks tim Menimania for always giving great nail art!!
I had confirmed my nail art design through chat before coming, and the initial design was not complicated. However, the result turned out very different from what was discussed. I then changed to a much simpler design, but even the basic polish/glitter application was uneven. The whole process took almost 2 hours, which was disappointing since I still had other work to do. I hope there can be better communication, execution, and time management in the future.

First of all we receive your review on google and We apologize for the inconvenience that you felt and I want to assure you that this does not reflect 100% of our work. During your treatment I was actually there to help guide my employee to figure out how to do the design that you requested because the chosen color could not give the same result as the reference picture - this is because of this texture of the gel. Our technician stated that she explained it to you but I understand this is our issue and maybe we should have communicated better with you. Therefore we are deeply sorry for that. The technician that did your nails have been doing nails for over 4 years and have done that design numerous times, therefore when you requested that design we have no hesitation in achieving it. Moreover, regarding the time, we apologize that the treatment took longer than expected. Because usually the treatment takes about 60-90 minutes, the excess time could have been because the change of design in the middle and removing the extra glitter. We are very serious about time management because we have a strict schedule that we run. Lastly regarding the issue about the gel being uneven, this could have been because of the last minute design change and we agree that this does not reflect the quality of work that we let our customer leave the shop with. Please come to have it redo, and I will personally take care of it because your opinion, review and satisfaction is very important to us. In the future, if you do ever visit us again and you are unsatisfied please do also communicate with us as well during the treatment so that we can remove any design or color that you do not like before curing it. My first time visiting Meni Mania since my regular nail salon permanently closed :’) Price-wise, it’s definitely on the more affordable side. Whenever I try a new nail salon, I usually start with a simple gel color first — just to test the durability, application, and overall experience. And surprisingly, it turned out pretty good! I’m planning to try their nail art on my next visit. The only downside is that they have a cat inside the salon area. Personally, I don’t mind, but for those who are uncomfortable with cats or have allergies, this might be a minus point to consider.

Untuk info saja semua kucing terawat baik dan sudah divaksin. Dan jika ada yang keberatan dengan kucing, bisa kami simpan dulu di kandang agak tidak terganggu. Thank you

3 times already doing my nails here! Tidak pernah mengecewakan, warna-warna kuteksnya lengkap banget! Stylistnya amat sangat sabar kasih advice dan nungguin kegalauan aku pilih warna, and very gentle during the process gak ada rasa gak nyaman at all, padahal jari-jariku very dryyy ngelupas sana sini karena eczema tapi bisa disulap jadi cantik dan nail serumnya bikin kering-kering di jariku goneee! Super duper awet! Aku bisa sebulan lebih kuteksnya masih glossy, gak ada chipped nails samsek padahal aku barbar suka potek-potek pake kuku sembarangan, dan pas numbuh kukunya, kuteksnya gak keangkat trus nyangkut2 pas megang rambut gitu paham gaksihhh haha, masih nempellll banget! ✨ Ohiya, they are VERY AFFORDABLE too! Penting banget! Gak overprice sama sekali dan pelayanannya gak kalah sama nail salon di mall. Sukses terus ya! 🖤
