It was hands down one of the best grooming experiences I’ve had. Upi is a master of his craft. His skills are top-notch, and he is incredibly detailed—he doesn’t rush and ensures every line and fade is perfect. Throughout the session, his communication was clear and concise, making sure we were always on the same page regarding the style I wanted. What truly set this experience apart was Upi’s personality. He is engaging, highly knowledgeable about hair care and styling, and incredibly easy to talk to. By the end of the session, it felt less like a standard appointment and more like catching up with a friend. It was true "heart-to-heart" service rendered with passion. If you’re looking for a barber who offers brilliant technical skills combined with a genuine human touch, look for Upi. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

pertama kali saya cukur sangat tidak puas baik dari pelayanan dan staff yang jauh dari kata profesional. saya request bahwa saya minta saya masih pengen rambut saya rada panjang, saya jelasin juga sebelumnya saya wolfcut dan saya suka bentuk rambut saya dilayer. saya minta tetep dilayer tapi belakangnya tidak panjang seperti wolfcut. dan hasilnya comma hair yang kependekan. saya udah jelasin make bahasa customer dan bahasa “barber” tapi disimpulkan sesimple comma hair. saya book untuk certified barber tapi saya ga ngerasa dia certified, karna saya rasa pengetahuannya tidak seperti certified barber. bad deals, gaakan repeat order. yang terburuk adalah, saya book untuk potong jam 8 malam via aplikasi. saya datang jam 19.50 sesuai request untuk check in lebih awal. sampai sana saya dibilang bahwa barbernya sudah pulang karna ada urusan. tidak ada pemberitahuan ke saya lewat WA atau apapun itu, saya dateng ujan ujanan dan saya disuruh pulang dengan tangan kosong. saya ajukan solusi lain untuk dengan barber yang lain tapi katanya udah full booked. saya tanya ke resepsionis kok yang keliatan barbernya cuma 1 (posisinya di bangku cukur cuma ada 1 barber sedang melayani customer). kata resepsionisnya "iya yang lain masih nunggu customernya belom dateng." ga lama kemudian barber yang saya book dateng. saya protes atas ketidak profesionalan dia dan saya cuma minta haircut yang bagus (dan hasilnya tidak sesuai). sepanjang saya potong rambut, tidak ada barber lain selain mas yang sedang melayani waktu saya datang, dan mas yang melayani saya yang datengnya telat. jadi ada kebohongan ketika mba resepsionis bilang barber lainnya nunggu customer lain datang. setelah selesai saya tanya lagi karna saya ingin memberikan ruang klarifikasi untuk barber yang datang telat. dia bilang dia baru mau berangkat pulang ketika saya datang, lantas tidak ada permintaan maaf dari beliau ke saya secara langsung ketika mau pulang karna ada urusan. seharusnya ada approval untuk staf bisa pulang jika TIDAK ADA ORDER, namun nyatanya ada order dari saya via aplikasi. lalu mba resepsionis juga menyatakan bahwa ada keterlambatan dari order di aplikasi sampai masuk ke database dia, yang berarti KESALAHAN MANAJERIAL dari sistem aplikasi. tempat ini perlu evaluasi secara manajerial mulai dari pelatihan staff untuk menjelaskan tanpa kebohongan, perizinan masuk dan keluarnya para staff, aplikasi yang sangat tidak terintegerasi, sampai certified barber yang sangat sangat dipertanyakan. harganya ga murah tapi kualitasnya 0. sangat tidak direkomendasi untuk siapapun yang mau coba potong rambut dengan kualitas dan pelayanan sesuai harganya👎

Pertama kali dapet bad experience di Barbershop "Premium". Mungkin kebetulan dapet Barberman yang kurang aja ya. Attitude sangat jelek dan mungkin sama tukang pangkas biasa aja lebih sopan tukang pangkas biasa. Ditanya rekomendasi nya untuk potong rambut di jawab dengan nyolot " ya mas mau nya apa?" Pertanyaan sesimpel itu, okelah saya pikir wajar harus sesuai dengan kemauan saya jadi abangnya jawab gitu. Terus hal yang bikin saya kesal ini ketika saya minta potong nya panjang sedang dulu untuk cek hair style nya eh malah Barberman nya bilang "Satu aja Mas biar saya ga kerja dua kali". Hasil cukuran nya ngasal poll, attitude jelek. Tolong lain kali kalau rekrut barberman attitude di dahulukan. Udah kapok, Terimakasih Barber "Premium"
