Ludicrous pricing for a considerably standard service. Despite the friendly staff, I think they weren’t being honest with the pricing as they don’t give a detailed breakdown for each service that they charged. The fact that they don’t even provide bills or electronic payment method is very suspicious, especially this place is located in a high profile mall. Payment was made in cash, and they don’t even have change so I had no option but to pay in a little more (even when I’m already overcharged). Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Should have read the reviews before I came here. Overpriced for very basic mani pedi. No receipt and cash only. Pricing completely different from what they have in their ig page. Would not recommend anyone to come.

I just had my pedicure n manicure. The staff filed my nail too deep n left my foot bleeding. The pain didnt come until about 3 mins later. So i saw there were blood gushing out but didnt feel panic, nor was the staff n she just keep continue to scrub other parts of my feet . After i started feeling the pain, i quickly rushed her to get me betadine. But she asked me to choose what colour do i want on my feet 😱 no empathy at all! Later on she come back to say that the betadine has expired. I said its fine, just put it on! She put it on messily and i just want her to quickly finish her job and i ask for discount. I paid 720k for my bleeding toe, now ive to walk with my to up, unpainted nail cuz the staff told me that manicure doesnt include putting on colour. Colour is additional 100k Scrubbing of foot n hands is additional 50k, removing ingrown is additional 100k. I would rather just do mani n pedi somewhere else, seriously. Its like taking budget airline that adds up after u want this n that. After 4 days, the bleeding still continues as evidenced on my 2nd picture. Cant believe i paid to get my toe bleeding. It is minor cut yet the bleeding doesnt subside

The nail techs left us in the middle of our treatment. The results were not tidy, and too expensive.

too expensive, not worth the price, service not nice, facilities very minim for the price, the place was also uncomfortable and ugly. cannot pay with card, they only accept cash. not satisfied at all with the experience. not recommended.
