TBH, i went because of a recommendation from a friend... When i first got my extensions put in, i remembered asking clesrly what are the care instructions as im the type of person to wash my hair everyday but all they told me was, same as how you usually wash ur hair... So i did wash my hair and condition as usual everyday.. Even went to buy their scalp scrub too and used it every week... 10 days later.. My extensions started sliding down and some started falling out which I find bothersome because it started sliding in the middle of the day, at work or even out with people... So I texted their Whatsapp and asked what am I supposed to do and even dropped by their Plaza Indonesia location and consulted irl and all they said was come back we'll service it for you... Sure... Came back and serviced it and they also forgot to tell me every time they do service they had to cut a length from the extensions... Came after work to take the extensions off get it serviced managed to inform them that I had cut my hair flat oval shaped so they will be notified when I get my extensions re installed the next day... Came back the next day got re-installed and suddenly my hair is uneven, will attach picture... Complained immediately and they told me to get it re-serviced (which i cant brcause im going to singapore and what they wanna cut the extensions again?) Anyways i still had my faith in them thinking I was unlucky and just tried to wait 1 more month for a service Texted the stylist who did my hair she said she was working in Bekasi so I did went to bekasi and guess what? She failed to inform me she got relocated that day to work at Plaza Indonesia. I live in PIK 💀 And I went all the way to Bekasi in the morning just to find out she's not there and I just gave up. In the Bekasi location, they did not want to redo all the extensions and I still asked why my extensions slide easily and they told me its because i wash my hair with warm water (which my friend said she did not have an issue with but then they started finding excuses when its my hair i guess) and also my hairs are all still different lengths and just advised me to get a haircut... At this point (THE ESXTENSIONS are now same length as my hair) so whats the point? anyways took me less than a month to move to other salons and get a new set of extensions So if they say it doesnt make your hairfall, seamless and is long lasting thats a lie and just a marketing trick Sincerely, a true genuine paying customer who paid (more than 20mil in total btw)

If we visit Jakarta, this is will be always a must visit place for us Madame Cindyy is a very nice and welcome

Best salon experience and more than reasonable cost for quality of work. They brought my hair back to life, after I killed it with black color. Warm and friendly staff, and didn't make me feel horrible about what I did to my hair- only offered great advice. They have a customer for life in me! I’m happy to say it was a great experience here xx definitely recommend this place!

Gorgeous,, keren abis.. aku tipe orng yg sering cet rambut sana sini, dan pengalaman disini, kru nya sangat ramah dan menyenangkan, dan hasil akhirny itu loh sempet terdiam krn rasanya B ajah, tetapi semakin diliat liat eh kok kaeny makin nyatu ama kulit en muka trus jd elegant gt, dan berasa tuh jd kerenn dan mevahh Dan jg temen2 en kel yg liat pun blng baguss dan sperti rambut2 orng luar getoh.. 😄 keren abiss 👍👍
