Overall oke, cuma ada catatan buat tera Y*ki yg mungkin perlu di ajarin lagi apa itu attitude service excellence, banyak bicara periang tapi jangan sampai SOP tidak dijalankan apalagi mengeluh atas apa yg menjadi tugas nya. malah buat pelanggan kecewa nantinya...Berkembang terus ya Avenger seperti judul film yg banyak episode nya..Cari talent terbaik buat pelayanan ini....

Sudah 2x kesini Ganti nama jadi avenger spa .sempet kaget.tapi trnyata roomnya lebih bagus VIP nya ada tv .kasurnya springbed tempat yang sesuai untuk pijat

Terapis nya sesuai . Apalagi si clara cantik. Dan roomnya ok juga

tempat nya kecil, terapis nya jutek² dan ga sesuai foto kerja ga sesuai SOP, kasur bau apek, air panas ga nyala kecil, bagi yang cari spa mending yg pasti pasti aja, cukup gw aja yg ketipu

Visit on June 7, 2025 Before my visit, I told the Telegram representative which woman I wanted and double-checked the services offered. As soon as I arrived at the store, to avoid any misunderstandings, I reconfirmed my preferences and desired services with the receptionist. I met the woman I had chosen and went into the shower room. Usually, a woman would help customers shower, but I was alone. Because I wasn't familiar with Indonesian culture, I tried my best to be understanding. I came out of the shower room alone, but the woman hadn't taken off her clothes yet. I knew something was wrong. I asked Lindu, the woman I had chosen, "Can I use this service?" "No." "Can I use that service?" "No." "Then what services do you offer?" "I can't do anything." "I realized something was seriously wrong and told the receptionist before the procedure, so I asked for a refund. A woman named Lindu insisted I was lying. I was worried she'd complain to the owner. "The owner said the procedure had already started and there was no refund." "But the procedure hadn't even started yet." "I wasn't even dressed, I wasn't doing anything. It hadn't even started." "Lindu was a total liar and a slacker. If she didn't want me to have the procedure, she should have refused before I even went upstairs." When I returned the next day, they introduced me to a girl much cheaper than what I had paid in advance. That's when I realized something was wrong. The receptionist said I hadn't paid. I explained my conversation with the owner and my promise to introduce me to a free girl, but to no avail. The receptionist had no idea. I was furious, but this was a foreign country. It's always a disadvantage for a foreigner to fight with a local. It's the same everywhere. Foreigners have no place. If they cause trouble, they're branded liars. They even try to trick customers who leave negative reviews into thinking they're from a competitor. That's how they make money. Believe it or not, it doesn't matter. I warned you. / Added: The owner, Joshua, commented on the review: Refunds??? "I never received a refund for my service. They broke their promise and demanded money, so I paid. I knew that if I didn't pay, they would lock me in the building and threaten me again. Yes, I will never go there again.
