Pro: 1. The massage therapist was friendly, nice and accommodating. 2. The background was nice with enclosed bird display. Con(s): 1. Malaysian here whom tried before Balinese, Cambodian, Thai, etc massage. I went for 2 hour signature massage. Even after massage, my shoulder sore pain still there. What is the point of coming here for massage then. 2. The atmosphere was difficult to relax. Staff walking in and out, opening and closing the door. I was seated at the utmost left. directly facing the entrance where staff exiting. 3. The complimentary drink I had was literally a small bottle of mineral water. While browsing through other reviews, I saw other customers had matcha latte drink, etc. Come on, man. this is so unfair. 4. The pricing was expensive. Not worth the service I am getting in return. Verdict: my first and last time.
