The food was fresh, tasted great, the mood of the restaurant was also comfy, 10/10.

Am I eating rubbish for 3million rupiah ? The worst french cuisine I ever eat in my life 😫 if food was a things , I want my money back , not worth every single penny

Sudah tau resto ini dari lama, bener2 udah penasaran banget. Sampai kemaren baru sempet cobain untuk rayain Birthday aku bareng paksu. Pesen Sirloin MB5, Caviar & Clams, & Crepes Suzette. Paksu pesen Sirloin MB5 nya Medium, jujur biasanya aku gk pernah mau makan daging dengan kematangan Medium, tapi kemaren first time uenak polll aslii. Pulang dari sini Hati Happy, Perut Happy, semua happy. Manager dan Waitressesnya juga ngejelasin dengan baik dan ramah banget. Btw diawal dikasih complimentary Appetizer gk tau namanya tapi enak, dan juga dikasih welcome bread + butter. Jujur Breadnya uenak polll + pakai butter yang Truffle uenak aslii. Diakhir juga dikasih complimentary Macaroons & karena aku Birthday dikasih Slice Cake enak jugaa aslii. Buat kalian yang lagi Anniversary, Birthday, atau rayain apapun itu cobaik deh kesini super duler Worth it sama harganya

We visited this restaurant for a pre‑Easter dinner because the restaurant was described on several sites as French fine dining, and we were looking forward to a special evening. Overall, we appreciated the idea of the menu, but some aspects of the experience did not quite match the fine‑dining expectations we had. Although the restaurant was fairly quiet, we were seated in an anteroom, which felt a little less atmospheric than the main dining room. Small touches we would usually associate with this style of restaurant were missing, such as placing the serviette on the guest’s lap, offering a chair or stand for a handbag, and setting the knife with the blade turned upwards. The pre‑starter was placed at some distance from us and served without plates or cutlery, and as there was no explanation, we were unsure how it was intended to be enjoyed. The white wine arrived warmer than expected, and while we understand that things can occasionally go wrong on a busy service (but we couldn’t see many customers) this added to the feeling that the details were not fully in line with the restaurant’s positioning. The food was generally ok, but not as memorable as we had hoped for this price level. The Mont Blanc cream in particular had a rather unusual, slightly gristly texture, which made it less enjoyable than anticipated. We did try to share this feedback with the team on the evening, in the hope it might be helpful, but we had the impression our comments were not really taken on board. We still believe the restaurant has potential, and we hope that with a bit more attention to service details and guest communication, future guests will have the experience we had been looking forward to.

The worst french fine dine yang pernah gue coba , pilihan menu yang nabrak , taste awful, masa Lobster nya kek makan karet keras banget , not worth for 3juta bill , feel scammed

It was the best decision made. Did not expect the quality and standard of the food and service. The sous chef, Aniza is fantastic. Very pleasant. All our food was prepared by her and the team. The service staff were excellent and informative.

We enjoyed the food so much .every cuisine is so delicious . For sure we will come back again to this Restaurent again . Strongly recommend !👍👍👍

I can highly recommend Ledoyen to anybody who wants to experience a genuine French atmosphere and cuisine. The building /restaurant is beautifully renovated and built, and the kitchen as modern as you can get. Food is delicious. But a few small mishaps which i will only mention so that the staff will learn from their mistakes : We called 3 days in advance and asked if they serve vegetarian dishes. The lady who answerved the phone was clueless, my husband even had to ask her if she knew what vegetarian means..... She said she will find out and get back to us. He got a whatssupp message later saying that I have a choice between risotto or pasta... I chose pasta. All this was confirmed. Couldn't make a table reservation, she told us to just show up. Upon arrival they tried to offer us a seat in the corner on your left when you arrive... It's kind of a separate room from the main dining hall. No thank you, of course we prefer to sit in the main hall. Upon ordering my husband showed them the whatssupp message about the pasta. All clear - we thought..... No way..... I got the risotto. Had to send it back to the kitchen and once again remind them of that the pasta was discussed already 3 days ago. Needless to say my husband enjoyed his romantic Valentine meal by himself while I was sitting there without any food. This is hardly appropriate for a romantic Valentine meal, no way.... Luckily the amazing somellier/manager Bagus saved the situation.... Without him I would probably have walked out, i was so disappointed. He saw the situation and came to the table to offer us some local home made wine that was superb. And chatted with me and managed to turn the disaster into a manageable situation. This is exactly why you need to have people like Bagus in your restaurants. It's human knowledge based on years of experience... What all these young staff totally lack, I'm sorry to say. Yes, the waiter came and apologised for her mistake, but what does it help anymoore at that point? Things like that should not happen in a fine dining restaurant. Never. Pasta finally arrived when my husband had already finished eating. The other thing that was a bit awkward was that the dishes kept on coming too fast.... Yes, i do understand that we were on a schedule, but still... We hardly sat down and made our orders when the first dish already arrived... A bit too fast... Let the customers enjoy the atmosphere first... Finished the first dish - again too quick for the next one.... People need time in between.... Seriously.... And same with dessert... It was ice cream and we had to let it melt since it came too fast after the main dish..... Slow down... Slow down... If all is finished in 1-1.5 hour - somethings wrong.... So, thank you Bagus for saving our date and to the owners : NEVER LET GO OF STAFF LIKE BAGUS..... never never...

We had a wonderful dining experience at Ledoyan French Dining in Surabaya. The atmosphere was very comfortable, elegant, and exceptionally clean, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of rich, well-balanced flavors. You can truly feel the quality and attention to detail in every bite. The service made our evening even more special. All of the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My wife and I were very happy with the entire experience and genuinely enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again.
