Good option for healthy food, but the price is indeed very expensive. For a piece of ‘Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak’ they charged 95k before tax. The other menu also has very small portion with very high price. Also, the waiting time is very long, even when we order salad, it’s still not out for like 20-30 minutes.. i mean, you don’t even need to cook the salad right, so why it took so long to prepare? Then the ‘Nasi Uduk’ , Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Satay, finally arrived after 30-40 min (even with the restaurant is empty with no other customers).. but the salad still not out yet, and when we asked, they didn’t informed us that the kitchen forgot to make it, they just said wait. After 15 more minutes and we almost finished our food, we asked again and then they said the kitchen forgot and just now processing the order. No compensation or compliment whatsoever for making us wait until we finished all of our food, and when we want to just cancel it, they said that right now it’s already being processed, so we can’t cancel it. So the salad arrived after we finished all of our food, and just ate the salad for ‘dessert’ 🫠. For 3 person, we spent over 600k. If you want to try healthy food that taste good, and didn’t mind the waiting time and expensive price, then maybe you should try this place. The only reason i didn’t rate this lower, is because the staffs are very friendly and the service is good. Also the parking is spacious and free.

Quite good for a vegetarian restaurant. Myself is not a vegetarian, came to visit with a vegetarian colleague. Can enjoy the foods. Only complain was the portion on the smaller side.

Very nice location with very tasty and healthy food. They even have some vegetarian dishes (for which I was looking for). You might not get those ones in that excellent quality in Surabaya. Thumbs up☺️

D‘Natural Restaurant, thank you so much for having my girlfriend and me for dinner. We enjoyed it a lot, and would like to visit again. We came for dinner without reservation and were nicely seated, the atmosphere is relaxing and tables are not so close to each other, making us fell very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the best we had in Asia, explaining us all products and concepts well. But the highlight was, as it should be, the food. We ate across multiple places in Asia and also Indonesia, from street food, to five star hotel or restaurant food, but we have to say that at D‘Natural, the quality of food was the best. Intensity of taste is superior to all other places and you can just taste the healthy and good food and ingredients it is. Same goes for the drinks, we had juice and tea, and it was so flavorful, without any added sugar or add one, like we unfortunately had to experience at so many other places. We would like to return one day to enjoy this food and can fully recommend it.

Nice organic food, nice staff, big venue, soft chairs, wide variety of dishes, healthy. The meat is free range & there are many vegan & gluton free options.

My friend and I had an amazing experience at D’Natural Healthy Store & Resto in Surabaya! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed and healthy meal. We tried the red rice with tempeh, gluten-free noodles, and the fruit and tofu plate — and honestly, it was the best tofu I’ve ever had! It was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The red rice was hearty and delicious, and the noodles were light yet satisfying. For drinks, we enjoyed the Digestive Smash Juice, the Anti-Inflammatory Tea, and the Honey Coffee — all refreshing, natural, and full of flavor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the small store section had a nice selection of organic products and healthy snacks. Highlights: • Creative and healthy food and drink selection • Cozy atmosphere and excellent service!!! We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fresh, healthy food in Surabaya!

Came here around 19.30. The car park was full. Only one spot in corner and dark. Difficult area. Not safety at all. Park the car besides security office. The security doesn't say anything. About the last minute order. I was asked to move the car on the dark spot. Oh God. I asked my mate to take spot. He said the resto is closed. Tobehonest, it was quite horrible experience. We ordered take away and it was really disappointing. For the high price point we expected better. 4 pieces of small chicken in the pesto pasta? 3 tomatoes? Sauce was really strong. 2 stars because they are gluten free which is hard to find.

During our visit to Surabaya we ate 2x and we love it. Very tasty and very healthy. You feel that everything is fresh and prepared with love! The food in this restaurant recharges you completely!!

Awesome food if you concern about healthy food. They use special cooking tools from salad master that proven will taking care 93% of your food nutrient while cooking. Since they serve healthy food, they just prepared the food when we ordered it, and they use small fire when cooking to prevent the nutrient disappear while cooking. This, maybe will need longer time to serve, but for healthy sake I have no problem 👍 but if you in a hurry and starved you can ask the staff which food have a shortest processing time, and can order their yoghurt + udo’s choice for your pre-meal😬

Mahal sekaleee... 6 orang. Pesan 6 minuman dan 1 makanan, habisnya 489K 😆 Tapi service dan atmospherenya bintang 5. Para waitress ramah dan sangat membantu Kalo makanan tergantung selera, kalau bagi saya kurang enak.

Harga lumayan high, untuk rasa memang natural dan alami. Healthy. Mnrt saya yg enak collagen soup and yogurt blueberrynya.

Resto ini sy sangat suka!!! Makanan2 disini sehat2 semua, menunya banyakkk banget variasinya, enak2 semua, flavorful, colorful, puas makannya senang dan sehat luar dalam. Dan yg paling unik ditiap meja, disediakan jg kecap manis coconut aminos organic, kecap asin coconut aminos organic, udos oil, and Varmesan (vegan parmesan cheese substitute) yg membuat semua hidangan jadi makin menarik buat dieksperimen dan dicoba2!!! Tempatnya lumanyan nyaman, yang no 1 heathly produknya. Resto ini menyediakan sajian makanan tanpa pengawet, gula pasir, no fry, sehat dan enak 😊. Rekomended banget. Cocok untuk yang mau makan makanan sehat. Menunya beragam, sayur, ikan, ayam, pasta, jus, tinggal pilihan kita. Buka dari jam 10 am pe 09 pm.

This restaurant is the healthiest restaurant in Surabaya, you must come and see for yourself, and taste the most amazing healthy food.

The food came really slow. The waitress didn’t record the nasi bakar that we ordered which made it even slower. And the nasi goreng had ant on top of the egg. The food was good, but the waitress and kitchen definitely need an upgrade.

Real healthy food. Lahan restaurant besar, dari luar tampak luas, ruang restaurant sendiri tidak begitu luas. Ada ruang meeting/ ruang VIP yg sederhana, bisa dipakai bila ada acara yg membutuhkan ruang private, bisa menampung 30-40 orang. Makanan disini sama sekali tidak menggunakan MSG, pengawet, mapun pewarna. Juga bebas gluten. Cocok untuk yg mencari makanan sehat. Harga memang relatif mahal, tapi sebanding dengan kualitas bahan-bahan organik yg dipakai.

Makanan sangat baik dan pelayanan sangat baik

Currently we’re traveling through Indonesia and I hate to say this but it’s probably the worst restaurant experience we’ve had. The menu seemed so nice, lots of choice and very healthy. Even the amount of protein per dish was on there. When we walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcomed us. However, it had a total different turnout after this. - It took too long to order. It seemed they were very busy with the store packing stuff. But they were with 4 of them and we were the only two customers. - After we ordered it took 45 minutes to get our drinks. 2 people were fooling around at the bar and were very slow with preparing our juice. - We went there because one of us is fully vegan so the options on the menu looked perfect. However, they had to cancel 4 things we ordered because it wasn’t in stock anymore. It’s understandable if one or two things have to be canceled but it was almost our whole order. We counted on the things we ordered because that’s why we went to the restaurant in the first place after checking the menu. So we had to order something else and were very clear that it had to be vegan. We even translated it into the translator to Indonesian. But still they served a dish with egg in it. After we made it clear to another colleague for the 3rd time, we got served a dish without the egg. For a restaurant what is very common with vegan food, it seems very strange that the staff doesn’t even know what vegan food is. The amount of the food wasn’t also very filling. So we really wonder if the amount of protein etc. on the menu is objective. The first impression was so nice but in the end we weren’t full, didn’t enjoy our food and the service was very confusing. After leaving we were still pretty hungry. I really hope that it was just this time, and that it was just us who had such bad luck. Because I think this restaurant can be really good. They seem to know a lot a about a healthy diet if you look at the menu.. But this experience was really stressful and not what we expected.

We asked for a vegan version of a dish, but we still got egg in it after they confirmed 3 times that it was vegan. In the end after showing it they replaced it with the ordered food. Then, the other dish with chicken that I ordered was also nothing like the expected outcome, it was rather sour then spicy and a very small portion. Apart from these mistakes, it all took very long (45 min to get our drinks). Maybe we were just unlucky that evening, but we expected something way better.

First impression nya woww.. makanan2 yg disajikan semua dimasak pakai panci sultan Salad Master, krn di sebelah pintu masuk ada display panci SM. Pelayanan staff nya sangat ramah, bisa menjelaskan detail terkait menu dan ingredients nya. Menu nya menurut saya unik2, salah satunya ada lodeh tanpa santan tapi tekstur kuah nya bisa tetap creamy dan kental. Suasana ruangan nya okay dan kya nya akan lebih mantep lagi kalau ada diffuser aroma therapy yg bisa menonjolkan herbal2 gitu, heheheee.. jadi feel nya lebih dapet.
