Waitressnya ramah dan menjelaskan semuanya. You can photoshoot here. Approved place for fine dining or do something event here. Viewnya lebih cantik lagi ketika ada doi di depan 😋❤️

Had a great time there last nite! The food was 💯💯💯 especially their truffle pasta, it’s legit! The service amazing, banyak dikasih complimentary sembari menunggu dan because of my birthday. Thankyou sear, definitely gonna come back soon!

The food is great, took a while to prepare coz the precision detail. However slow to serve take aways. The cocktails are excellent, Overall is great dining experience.

Worst Christmas eve Dinner , kita datang jam 18.30 selesai makan jam 21.30 bisa bayangkan selama apa servicenya 😄...meskipun makanan overall good , tapi kalau servicenya parah saya rasa percuma karena yang kita lihat adalah experiencenya, steak yang dipesen medium well datangnya medium , saya pesan medium yg datang medium well dengan keadaan sedikit dingin ...pesen wine hanya gelas pertama dan kedua dilayanin sisanya tuang sendiri ... my first and last coming here ...it's not about the money we spent but it's about the experience...

It is better to make a reservation in advance since they can be fully booked. A deposit of 250k is required upon making a reservation. The staff taking orders are not knowledgeable about the menu, so they cannot explain what is in a dish or give recommendations. However, some other staff are excellent and provide the best service. The cocktails are good, and the desserts are delicious too. The main course is so-so.

A true hidden gem in west Surabaya! Kudos to all staffs for excellent service! First of all, saya mau membahas service yang top notch. Biasanya di resto sejenis guest tidak diperbolehkan membawa makanan dari luar, tetapi resto ini menyediakan piring, garpu & sendok kecil untuk dessert yang kami bawa sendiri. Bahkan server masih menawarkan untuk memotong kan kue nya. Di akhir acara server menawarkan takeaway box untuk membungkus sisa dessert yang belum dimakan. Kedua, the food. Untuk appetizer, chicken nanban nya best. Untuk main course, Kami memesan 2 macam steak, mid rasanya tapi tertolong dengan 4 macam saus yang disediakan. Truffle pasta, beef cheek bourg enak, african chicken juga enak, ga perlu jauh-jauh ke ibu kota. Last, suasananya nyaman sekali untuk dinner cantik bersama teman.

Had dinner at Sear and really enjoyed it! I ordered the steak, bone marrow and wagyu tartare - everything tasted great. The steak was tender and juicy, the bone marrow was rich, and the wagyu tartare was super fresh. The place has a cozy vibe and the staff were friendly and helpful.

For whatsapp admin who manage the reservation, i dont know what make you very slow response. It took you whole day to response my chat in whatsapp at the end I cant manage to reserve due to full booked. I doubt this restaurant have a good service neither. To owner please check your admin whatsapp did he/her response your customer message?

The ambience was nice and cold in a good way, but the food tasted very basic for a fine dining place — even the Australian Wagyu MB9 felt nothing special, and the plate/fork quality didn’t feel premium at all. We expected more for this price point.

First time kesini, makanannya enak, cocktailnya decent, dessertnya kemarin pesen yg Casper tp terlalu asem sih kaya enervon c. Kemaren dateng waktu themenya halloween, Tapi sayang suasananya terlalu ramai, ga expect seramai itu pada teriak2 sampai pusing kepala, saya kira fine dining.

Mohon maaf, saya kurang bisa menilai dengan proper untuk menu yang ada disini. Kami datang di hari biasa. Cukup sepi, sudah ga perlu lagi bayar deposit untuk reservasi. Menu2nya semua nya 👍👌 Cuma sedikit input aja, mungkin lebih baik kalau gelas margaritanya bisa diganti. either i have very high standards, or this place just didn’t feel very nice. the food was, at best, average. the tenderloin steak was subpar, nothing special about it. it came with a tiny salad and what i assume was mushroom sauce... with no sides (fries or mashed potatoes)... like do i really have to order an extra portion of truffle fries? 😂 the seafood aglio olio was okay, though once again, nothing stood out. the chicken nanban, however, was quite interesting. i’m not sure what the black outer layer was, but it tasted pretty good. same goes for the truffle fries. seasoned well and enjoyable. the matcha tiramisu was nice, though a bit too moist for my liking. now, about the seating... i was placed on the second floor, where the tables were barely a metre apart. you can literally hear every word from the next table. not ideal if you want to have a private conversation... or a conversation AT ALL. for a place like this, especially at this price point, i expected better food and at least some sense of comfort or privacy. being told to put a 250k IDR deposit, you'd expect it to be one of those decent, upper middle class restaurants. instead, it felt overcrowded, as if they were trying to fit in as many tables as possible. bffr lah... getting the waiters’ attention was also quite difficult... i had to look around for several minutes just to be noticed. being seated right next to the waiters’ cabinet didn’t help either; having waiters constantly brushing past you is not pleasant. that said, i really appreciated one of the waitresses who came to check on my experience. i shared my feedback, and she apologised sincerely. very kind and professional. props to her. i GENUINELY hope she can voice out my concerns, as this place has loads of potential, if improvements were made. last note: would i eat here again? no, easy no. given the state of the main course, as well as the HORRIBLE seating arrangement... no 😭 i'd rather cross to pakuwon mall and get u*i*n. i hope for future improvements.

Everything feels underwhelming, the ambience, the foods, and the service. Mungkin saya yang berekspektasi terlalu tinggi, karena kalau dilihat dari promotional content nya Sear di sosmed, kayaknya wahhh sekali gitu. Our experience, setiap makanan di serve, ada crew mengenalkan makanan tersebut ke kita. Interesting concept sih, kita jadi tau proses dan ingredients yang digunakan! Crew nya menggunakan bahasa inggris, namun kata yang digunakan "so it's good, very good, very nice", dalam mendeskripsikan rasa 🧏. Hmm, agak unik ya. Gaperlu bahasa asing kok untuk terlihat classy :), bisa kok menggunakan bahasa indonesia, tapi dengan pemilihan kosakata yang lebih baik. Terutama, lawan bicaranya jelas jelas kami berbahasa Indonesia. Urgensi apa sehingga harus pakai bahasa asing?? Mungkin bisa di re-evaluate. Untuk makanannya, appetizers was good, although we've tasted better. Pastanya, super super super underwhelming. I can't emphasize this enough.. Padahal katanya sudah dapat "complimentary extra truffle shavings" dari chefnya. Tapi rasa trufflenya was barely there (?)... Texture nya juga.. agak benyek??bingung juga jelasinnya, karena di dining lain belum pernah dapat texture seperti itu... For that price point (sedikit lebih mahal compared to other dinings yang selevel), seharusnya bisa lebih baik yaaaa, in terms of service, and TERUTAMA TASTE. Karena ketika orang dining, pasti yang diposting salah satunya adalah makanan, dan pasti banyak viewers yang komen, "enak ga? rekomen ga? rate dong". Kalau secara taste and service agak.. ehh... Kan ya kita mau ngomong apa yaa :) Malah bad promotion on your part.

Tempat nya ok. Untuk makan nya lumayan. Cuma mungkin pelayanan kurang. Terlalu rame juga sampai pesan steak keluar nya lama & steak yg di mau ternyata udh sold out pdhl baru jam setengah 8 mlm.

Good food good mood!

Celebrated my birthday here last July with my husband and son. Our favorites is the spagetti with ragu and the beef cheek bourguinon. My 2,5 y.o also enjoy every bite of it! Love the ambience. The lovely birthday surprise is a cherry on top of the night. Don't forget to get your reservation.

Best service

For the last night of our stay in Surabaya we decided to end it by eating here. I had the strip loin, which was extremely tender and tasty. The service was great and the best of all the restaurants I have visited whilst in Indonesia. I also had the Bresaola croquetas, which were the best croquetas I have ever had. The staff were kind, attentive and professional. They also gave us a free birthday dessert as it was my partners birthday, which was extremely tasty.

Amazing food, couldn't recommend enough. Their steaks were outstanding, and the starters and sides were fantastic. We had the MB9 oyster blade and MB7 striploin, those were done perfectly. There was a prawn croquette that was outstanding. You won't be disappointed.
