Menu cita rasa Indonesia. Pesan Nasi Goreng Crazy Rich, ekspektasi untuk dpt surprise tapi ternyata average nasi goreng dengan tambahan udang goreng sebagai pengganti ayam. Jus melon nya entah kenapa biasa aja, kurang fresh.
Food was well prepared. Staffs were attentive. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed the times I had breakfast here.

Karena berada di dalam four points pakuwon mall surabaya. Memiliki berbagai macam jenis makanan lokal maupun internasional disini. Dengan khas makanan dan minuman yang bervarian kecuali untuk minuman beer ada tambahan charge. Makan disini karena mendapatkan Reward dari MANULIFE BYOND AGENCY CIPUTRA WORLD SURABAYA. dan boleh mengajak nasabah dan calon client. Akhirnya mengajar teman saja yang akan berpisah jauh meninggalkan Surabaya. 😢😢 Sekian dan terima kasih Tuhan memberkati.
Imlek tgl 16 februari 2026 ke sana untuk dinner, menu nya buruk, padahal sebelumnya pernah kesana menu nya menyenangkan, dengan harga 320.000, seperti makan di resto biasa, kecewa sekali dengan menu yang di sajikan.
Inap di four point, dan sarapan disini .. merupakan pengalaman yg hangat buat saya. Yg saya suka teman2 di resto ini sangat friendly dan suka memberikan surprise gift. On my way out dengan a cup of coffee yg bisa di take away, mba nya panggil kak ini buat teman coffeenya ... my God this is such a pleasant surprise Dan i really appreciate this act of service. Dengan banyak variant traditional foods, friendly staff and great service. Its soo recommended to stay and have meals in this restaurant
It has always been a great pleasure having breakfast in here. We were promptly served with our favourite drinks by Emir, welcomed by Chef Judy & Chef Soim with his signature dishes (short beef ribs / salmon with mashed potatoes), and ushered like royalties by Eric. Naila was amazing, always full of smile serving our bubur madura, even though ahe has to squat down on her little corner. People like them really make our days even happier. Thank you.
The atmosphere was amazing . It gives you the old historic Indonesia vibes and the waiter there was really helpful and food was a bit bland but the soup was pretty darn good . I highly recommend

Four Points Djaman Doloe memang lagi naik daun, dan setelah coba buffet-nya, saya bisa bilang tempat ini worth it banget, terutama buat yang suka makanan Indonesia dengan pilihan lengkap dan rasa yang benar-benar enak. Yang bikin Djaman Doloe menonjol adalah varian Indonesian food-nya—banyak, lengkap, dan semuanya terasa digarap serius. Ada jamu corner, jajanan pasar komplit, sampai bubur Madura yang enaknya juara. Meski fokusnya makanan Indonesia, pilihan Western, Chinese, salad, dan pasta juga tetap lengkap dan berkualitas. Satu hal yang bikin tambah suka: di sini bisa request fresh juice. Tinggal pilih buah atau sayurnya, atau tanya juice of the day, dan mereka bikinkan yang benar-benar fresh. Jajanan pasar, salad, sampai pasta—semuanya terasa segar dan enak. Mereka jelas menjaga kualitas bahan makanannya. Karena kemarin saya menginap, otomatis sarapan buffet di sini juga. Kalau kebetulan tamu sedang tidak terlalu ramai, mereka suka memberikan complimentary snacks seperti kue-kue kecil lengkap dengan note thank you—gesture sederhana yang bikin pengalaman makin hangat. Pelayanannya sangat baik. Stafnya ramah, sigap, dan kalau kamu lagi malas ambil makanan, mereka dengan senang hati ambilkan. Servis seperti ini jarang ditemukan di tempat buffet lain. Yang unik, mereka menyediakan juga permen-permen jadul Indonesia, nostalgia banget. Dan untuk oleh-oleh, sekarang ada area khusus di depan restoran. Buffet ini tidak hanya untuk tamu hotel—kamu bisa beli buffet terpisah atau booking untuk acara. Adik saya sendiri pernah resepsi pernikahan di Four Points, dan semuanya berjalan lancar. Had a really great time here! The food has an authentic Indonesian theme and overall everything tasted good. You need to do the reservation via Website or Whatsapp. The service was excellent, especially from Kak Fiki. He was so helpful and always smiling. Even though he was busy, he still took the time to assist every customer, including helping us to take photos. Really appreciate the great service. Will surely come back soon!

Had a week-long stay at the Four Points hotel and this was the restaurant for the breakfast. Service and food options are amazing, Mbak Nia always checked on me and other patrons, making sure we have an amazing experience. Mas Musa also always took my coffee order every morning without fail. Everyday there are some new food options to try out. The chicken satay was amazing and I always had fresh salad every morning. Thanks for the experience, will come back here whenever I am in Surabaya :)

Datang ke sini untuk coba suasanan bukber ramadhan, jujur agak kecewa dengan standar kualitas makanan, untuk buffet refill nya cukup lama, dan carving utama nasi kebuli dagingnya tidak ada di refill, makanan yg di refill rata2 cuma nasi goreng dan mie goreng, rasa makanan juga kurang taste nya, suasana terlalu ramai banyak orang dan anak kecil teriak2 (ini memang ga bisa dhindari), untuk yg cari tempat yg tenang bisa cari tempat lain. Harga buffet nett 242rb , bukan 199rb (info nya ini harga early bird sudah berakhir tgl 13 kemarin).

Kesini u/ AYCE Iftar, dan bener2 worth it Staff semuanya ramah dan sigap, dari segi rasa makanan juga overall enak. Khususnya peking duck, kambing guling yg gurih dan empuk, juga bagian es campur, yg bisa di custom jadi es dawet, best lah pokoknya. Varian menunya cukup banyak, dan yg saya coba semuanya enak. Mushola juga spacious, meskipun sedikit jauh dari resto, tapi bersih dan nyaman. Cuma 1 catatan, ramai sekali. Noodle station dan dessert station nya antri parah. Saya bertanya2 apa yg dari resto lain bisa ikut ambil kesini, karena connecting ke resto lain juga Overall enak pokoknya, semoga next time bisa balik lagi kesini

Service is top notch! In the restaurant, the staff again are super detailed and remembers what are your preferences, etc. Big shoutout to Mas Musa, Emir, Rudi, Elbryan for taking care of my stay here and being super attentive to my requests at the daily buffet breakfast, loved the daily “Healthy Juice” and Kopi Tubruk!

Service: it’s the top services from the staff, they’re humble and keeping smile while helping us. At first time she’s directed us to our reserved chair, prepared our place mat, poured a water. But when i wanted to take an ice cream the bowl and spoon was out of stock. Food: all the food is really tasty and i love them, i reserved for Ramadhan iftar 2024 and the menu is towards the middle east culinary. There is also takjil for appetizers like gorengan, bubur madura, lekker, rangin, and bread. Their main course is Noodles section, soto daging, bebek peking, lalapan, and biryani rice, but the mayo for biryani rice too sour. And last for the dessert they serve ice cream with toppings. For the drink they need some variation like juice, coffee or something. They only serve tea, black coffee and traditional drink. Ambience: they put the stuff positions in a perfect place, good light ambient, beautiful set up, and also beautiful view at noon to look out.

Booking juga langsung bayar tanpa saya minta diskon & bonus apapun. Hari H datang, saya di kasih tempat duduk tepat di tulisan soiree yang lampunya terang banget, panas, silau. Saya ingin marah, ingin saya buat ramai di situ, karena main pindahakan tempat seenaknya, tapi saya tahan saya jaga hati ibu saya di situ, bulan Ramadhan, suasana mau makan, pasti tidak enak makan setelah marah-marah. Tolong hargai manusia yang sudah berusaha !! jangan karena relasi, kenalan, atau alasan apapun. Saya juga bayar utk berada di situ. Acara tahun baru imlek kemarin, salah satu event terbaik bagi mereka yang merayakan Hampir semua makanannya enak dan tidak ditahan-tahan ( pada buffete sejenis lainnya ) biasane main food mereka seperti peking duck, wellington Fish atau Pork Belly biasanya "agak dilambatkan " supaya pengunjung tidak over consume. Cuma ketika kami makan kemarin semua makanan selalu tersedia. Pelayan juga ramah , hampir semua makanan enak. Mulai dari Wellingtoon fish crispy diluar lembut di dalam Soup ayam yang kaldunya terasa, es krim gelatonya yg manis , tetapi tidak meninggalkan after taste yg keras. Saladnya lengkap dengan ubur2 Pork Bellynya crispy kulit dan dagingnya tetapi melted lemaknya. Nasinya yg buttered pas dengan saus bebeknya. Leker, pudding dll juga hampir semuanya enak.
