Sukaaak banget sama suasananya, nuansanya🥰. Makanannya enak, kakak2nya ramah. Tempatnya wah sukaaak
Memilih tempat bukber untuk rombongan (kurleb 55 org) sebenarnya tidak mudah, karena harus mempertimbangkan banyak hal, mulai dari komunikasi, pelayanan, sampai fleksibilitasnya ya. Dari sekian banyak tempat yang saya hubungi, Makabana All-Day Cafe adalah yang komunikasinya paling enak sejak awal. Responsnya cepat, jelas, dan sangat membantu dalam proses reservasi, jadi dari awal sudah terasa profesional dan ramah. Hospitality-nya benar-benar terasa. Bahkan ketika ada satu pax dari rombongan kami yang tiba-tiba tidak bisa hadir, pihak Makabana dengan sangat baik menawarkan solusi (boleh di-cancel atau makanannya dibuat take away). Padahal saat itu masih jauh dari jam buka puasa, tapi mereka tetap bersedia menyiapkan makanannya. Buat saya ini bentuk pelayanan yang benar-benar tulus dan jarang ditemui. Saat hari acara, semua staff yang bertugas juga ramah dan gesit. Kami benar-benar merasa dilayani dengan baik. Koordinasi acara juga berjalan lancar berkat bantuan Kak Abi dari tim marketing communication yang sangat sigap membantu mengatur ini itu di lapangan. Dari awal proses reservasi juga sangat terbantu oleh Kak Mey yang responsnya cepat dan informatif. Selain pelayanannya, makanannya juga enak. Rasanya pas, porsinya cukup, dan penyajiannya juga menarik. Jadi bukan cuma tempatnya nyaman dan servicenya bagus, tapi kualitas makanannya juga memang oke. Jujur, ini pertama kalinya saya datang ke sebuah cafe dan merasa service charge yang dibayarkan benar-benar sepadan dengan pelayanan yang diterima. Pengalaman yang luar biasa menyenangkan untuk acara bukber bersama teman-teman. Terima kasih untuk seluruh tim Makabana yang sudah memberikan pengalaman yang sangat baik. Panjang umur, lancar rezeki kakak - kakak. Kalau boleh request: tolong naikin gaji mereka semua ya, cause they truly deserve it! <333
KEREN SEKALI. ROOM YANG INDOOR MAUPUN OUT DOOR NYAMAN. Apalagi menu cumi hitamnya yg khas Semarang. Dan Spaghetti nyus juga.... Paduan koki dan resto yg top. Bisa Jamu tamu kehormatan
We ordered Thai Salad, Gelato, and they are great. Their pizza and pasta are decent. What I like about the place is the calm athmosphere.
First time visiting and yet, instantly fell in love with the place. There's an Indoor and Outdoor area, and both are super comfy. Truly relaxing and just exudes "chill". Wouldn't jump on the wagon too early, but for now a 9/10. The only downside but also unique take was the WiFi, which has a billing time on the availability, which wasna new genre for me. All in all, would come again.

pesan v60 nunggunya lama banget hampir 1 jam, makanan sudah habis, minuman belum juga keluar, ga beres
Sering ke sini karena ada shala yoga di lantai bawahnya. Kelar yoga, langsung beli kopi, pastry, dan mixed fruit bowl di Makabana. Gak sempet foto makanan sama minumannya, cuma buahnya seger-seger. Worth the price! Pastrynya juga enak, cocok sama Americano-nya. Ini foto pas bulan Desember, dekorasi Natalnya berasa banget. Buka dari jam 8 pagi! Mas sama mbak yang ngelayanin juga ramah-ramah! Cocok buat nongki santai bareng besti atau kumpul keluarga. Bisa juga buat acara kantor karena ada beberapa meeting room-nya!
Sabtu, 27 Desember 2025 Saya berkunjung ke Makabana bersama suami dan anak saya, beserta sus. 1. Saya melihat se*ual harassment dilakukan terhadap karyawan perempuan, saya melihat dengan mata saya sendiri. 2. Se*ual harrassment tersebut dilakukan di dekat showcase Gelato. 3. Hal itu seperti 'biasa' dilakukan, karena setelah beberapa saat saya mendengar suara tertawa laki laki yang melakukan Ab*se tersebut. 4. Semoga pihak Makabana bisa segera membenahi hal ini, agar segera diatasi. Pada saat itu terlihat 3 karyawan yang berada disana, 2 perempuan (berambut pendek dan berambut panjang) dan 1 laki laki berkacamata, hitam. Kunjungan saya disana disajikan pelayanan yang baik dan makanan serta minuman yang enak, sayang sekali terdapat pemandangan menyedihkan seperti ini.
Semuanya enak, makanan, minuman, ga ada yang failed, server ramah-ramah, tempat cozy, good hospitality good food and drinks, good job

Sungguh tempat yang luar biasa dari segi konsep bangunan banyak spot foto di setiap sudut dan menu yang di sajikan saya datang dari cirebon untuk trip ke semarang dengan rekan saya dan menemukan Makabana yang memang menjadi rekomendasi destinasi saya berikutnya kalau saya berkunjung ke semarang Saya masuk di sambut dengan hangat oleh karyawanya dan di arahkan ke menu andalan dari Makabana , saya mencoba iga bakar , saigon pho , dan soto betawi sungguh cita rasa yang sungguh mantap Makanan keluar tidak terlalu lama dan karyawan sangat ramah sekali kepada kami cekatan dan murah senyum Untuk minuman karena saya pecinta kopi saya langsung memesan langsung ke bar dan mengobrol dengan baristanya , ramah murah senyum , saya kagum dengan knowledge mengenai kopi nya dan saya di rekomendasikan V60 dengan beans dari toraja , terbaik !! The guy had a really bad attitude. I heard him moaning several times, and I even heard some bad words Two guys were loud, wearing sunglasses, and one of them managed to read his name when paying ( baim as a barista). Sorry to say, joking is okay, but there's a time and place for it. In my opinion, this joke went way too far, especially if it was overheard at the customer's table.

The restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food, every dish bursts with flavor and is beautifully prepared. However, the service leaves much to be desired; the food took far too long to arrive. Most of the staff were polite and accommodating, BUT one in particular was noticeably impolite, which slightly spoiled the overall experience. Despite these issues, the culinary quality remains outstanding.

Datang jam 12 n pulang jam 15, bener nyaman disini untuk WFC (work from cafe). Dengan alunan musik dan pendingin udara, cukup membuat nyaman di ruangan indoor saat siang hari. Makanan cukup beragam namun kurang variasi dan belum terlihat yang khas nya. Terdapat ruang meeting untuk yang memerlukan. Di siang hari pada area outdoor cukup panas meskipun sudah ada kipas angin, bisa jadi kalau malam hari akan berbeda. Lokasi cukup strategis dan tersedia parkiran kendaraan roda 4 persis didepan outlet tetapi tidak banyak dan bisa parkir di sekitar area nya. Kedepannya jika ke Semarang, maka ini masuk dalam list tujuan (akan dicoba untuk malam hari).
