Regarding about our QRIS payment method, it is still on progress with our vendor for our new machine. We believe we still need some time to make it happen yet. We’re not using sardine in our Gnochetti Sardi pasta. Perhaps you’ve misunderstood the word “Sardi” with “Sardine”. The Sardi that we meant is actually a dish made traditionally from a certain region called Sardinia. As for sharp smell of canned food you mentioned, we assure you that we do not use any processed food, we will look into the bottom of this, as all ingredients we used in our Gnochetti Sardi e Salsicca are includes; homemade sausages, smoked beef, and amatriciana sauce. When you mentioned plating, perhaps you were meant to point out to the shape of the gnochetti pasta? The shape of gnochetti pasta is always like that, we tried to create a homemade pasta following traditional recipe from its roots. We would gladly adjust the using of cocoa powder in our tiramisu in the future. As for the tiramisu glass condition, we are truly sorry if you feel that way, we can assure you and all of our guests that we use the very best condition of all of our equipment.
