Been back a number of times and all is good.... chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken, omellete. All at great price. Wonderful local warung. First time here and wont be the last. Great fresh tasty food at good prices served with a smile - many things on menu i want to try. Thank you!!

Lovely quiet spot in Penestanan. The food is super affordable not to mention tasty and delicious, I came here three nights in a row! Enjoy a cold Bintang while the lovely owners prepare your fresh meal. I recommend the Chicken Soy with Rice, though everything else was amazing too! Full meal and drink for less than 100k. Love love love!

Cibo veramente molto buono, location suggestiva e romantica. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cenare qui in totale intimità. Personale davvero cordiale e carino. Per due primi abbiamo speso 95k ossia poco meno di 6 euro (noodles fritti e riso fritto). Cucina locale. Menu positivamente semplice.

We had the chicken a la Made and the Nasi Campur. Both were delicious. However, the best part is the experience. You sit in a quiet place, on your own, and enjoy a Bitang while they prepare your fresh food. Totally recommend. Even our walk to come here was a great way to get out of the busy streets.

Visited this hidden gem twice in my 3-day stay in Ubud. Cozy place with excellent food. Crispy chilli chicken, fish/chicken curry, tofu soup, iced ginger honey lemongrass tea are my favourite. Definitely worthy to spend some time to locate this restaurant and enjoy the sunset view with great food.

Не плохой варунг! Наверно)) Разочаровало то, что вместо красного тунца, здесь подают белый тунец под соусом из помидоров, и ещё чего-то там ( я впервые на Бали сталкиваюсь с белым тунцом). Соус я попросила отдельно. Поэтому хорошо видно рыбку без соуса. В тушеных овощах было ОЧЕНЬ много чеснока! Я, в принципе, лояльна к чесноку... но не в таких количествах! Не смогла полноценно съесть блюдо. Половина осталась! Покормила собачку))) Плюс чай мне пытались дороже в чеке продать, чем он стоит на самом деле! Потом бабуля эта полезла в меню сравнивать цену типа : «ой че правда что ли напутала?». Поэтому только на троечку.

Made greeted us every morning with a smile. The banana pancakes made my toddlers morning and I was super happy with my omelette. He also helped us by bringing yummy home cooked meals to our room. The food is fresh and the prices are super reasonable.

If you come to Ubud and looking for a place for an authentic balinese lunch, this is your spot. Made's chicken is just incredible, full of taste, spicy as it should be, juicy like the best poultry you could find,... No words for this amazing plate. Keep your recipe a secret. Ah ah ah I really hope this restaurant the best post Covid. You deserve it, we had a great time and it was delicious.

Good local food in Penestanan and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We ordered a tumeric drink (which was freshly made), nasi campur and special chicken. Their menu has a great range of Indonesian food to choose from. The view from this location are limited but its still nice.

Lovely quiet place with amazing food. The shrimp curry was amazing and we got the option to spice it ourselves with chopped up chili. Good prices too

The sign says 'The best food in town' and it could well be true. Family run by very nice people, the lady chef Made is up there with some of the best. The menu is quite broad but we stuck to the 'house specials' and they were excellent. Service is personal and fast, portions are a good size and prices are very reasonable with no ++ shock. Off the regular path, but well worth the walk to get there.
