Cantik banget tempatnya. AC nya juga pas. Semua staff nya ramah, mba2 penerima tamunya juga ramah dan ceria semua 🥹 Aku kesana lagi mode pulang kerja, pake jeans tapi gak dipandang hina 🥹 (pernah ke fine dining pake jeans di jutekin 😌) Aku pesen es leci 8/10 seger, enak, gak terlalu manis, lecinya juga mateng pas 😋 pasta 7/10 baru nyoba pasta yang ini, enak tapi karna porsinya gede, dan aku udah makan saladnya duluan jadi kekenyangan. Ada rasa agak asemnya dikit, kayanya dari cheese nya (?) dan salad 100000/10 ini gong nya, disajikannya diawal, dan enak banget, seger banget 😭😭😭 seladanya agak ada asem segernya enak banget plis 😭😭😭 besok kesana lagi pesen salad nya lagi. Disini porsinya lumayan gede, jadi kalo mau bawa temen cewek mungkin bisa pesennya 1 porsi buat berdua. Tadi agak kesusahan juga makannya karna porsinya gede banget. Tadi kesini jalan kaki, turun di MRT Asean, terus jalan sekitar 20 menit. Pake gmaps aman kok, jalannya lewat banyak perumahan, bukan yang jalan raya terus gitu. Jadi gak terlalu panas. Gak usah takut disini dijutekin, semua staffnya ramah. Bahkan tadi dikasi tau promo banyak banget walau aku kesana pake baju tempur, dan jalan kaki. Aku baru letakin tas 2 detik di lantai, sama staff nya langsung dibawain tempat taruh tas. Padahal tasku udah gembel (terharu). Definitely akan ke sini lagi, semoga tetap dipertahankan keramah tamahannya ya.

pengalaman pertama yang sangat tidak enak bagi saya. 1. saya datang emang minta untuk di indoor karena mau makan, keadaan lagi hujan deras, pas sampe di indoor ternyata dingin banget, kita minta pindah ke luar, mba nya bilang, di luar sudah full reserved, tapi selama saya makan disana, meja di luar beneran kosong ga ada yang duduk sama sekali. 2. temen saya bawa tumblr kecil, tumblrnya di taruh di meja, tiba-tiba di samperin sama mba mba nya, kalau tumblr nya tidak boleh di taruh di meja dan harus di masukin ke tas, tapi pas lagi makan, saya liat samping meja saya terdapat 3 tumblr di taruh di atas meja, dan juga di minum, apakah emang kalian rasis ? atau hanya ramah ke pada orang-orang dengan golongan tertentu, atau emang hanya lihat customer dari cara berpakaian? 3. ada satu pelayan cowok, sangking pengen buru-buru usir saya mungkin ya, sampe apa aja di ambil, bahkan kentang goreng yang ada tatakannya, masa iya tatakannya smpe di ambil, jujur saya tersinggung sih, untuk ini. 4. untuk staff valet service bahkan jauh lebih ramah dan beretika, saya di anter smpe di bukain pintu mobil dan di tutupin, dengan greeting yg sangat ramah, jauh berbeda dengan pelayan di dalem restaurant muka nya bener-bener kurang menyenangkan, bahkan pas saya pulang, di buka kan pintu dengan muka tidak ramah, dan tidak ada satu kata pun yang keluar, padahal saya disini beneran makan dan beneran bayar. ini pengalaman pertama saya di perlakukan seperti ini, dan saya gapernah nulis review-review seperti ini, sangat kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan nya, cukup sekian dan tidak akan pernah buat balik ke resto ini. Makan di Casalena Jakarta beneran enak banget sih. Tempatnya vibes-nya dapet, elegan tapi tetep nyaman, cocok buat dinner cantik atau nongkrong agak fancy bareng temen. Lampunya warm, musiknya juga enak jadi suasananya kerasa hidup tapi nggak berisik. Makanannya juara. Dagingnya juicy, bumbunya berasa banget, dan plating-nya cantik. Menu grill mereka recommended parah. Minumnya juga banyak pilihan, mau wine atau cocktail ada. Pelayanannya ramah dan cepet, staff-nya ngerti menu jadi gampang kalo mau nanya rekomendasi. Facade depannya cakep apalagi bagian dalamnya lebih cakep lagi. Dengan desain interior seperti di dalam rumah mewah dengan ada taman kecil di dalamnya membuat Casalena menjadi sangat nyaman untuk nongkrong bersama teman-teman. Untuk lantai 2 nya disediakan ruang privat bisa untuk meeting business atau pertemuan keluarga Untuk menu sangat lengkap, saya memesan hot cappuccino, rasanya lite, creamy dan milky chocolate. Saya sama sekali tidak menyangka kalau kopi yang Casalena sajikan bisa seenak ini. Plus dapat art latte cantik dan mug kopinya pun unik. Juaralah kopinya. Overall, jika ingin tempat untuk fine dining romantis atau cuma sekedar ngopi maka Casalena bisa menjadi pilihan.

order cafe latte malah dikasih nya cappuccino. waiters nya pas antar ke meja awalnya bilang “cappuccino ya kak”, trs pas saya bilang “cafe latte”, lalu mbak nya malah bilang “oh iya ini cafe latte”. trs pas saya cobain ini yakin bgt bukan cafe latte. pas saya mau bayar memang disuruh check lagi tapi saya cuma check total items yang saya order, baru sadarnya setelah bill terbayar kalau saya itu gak order cappuccino tetapi harus nya cafe latte yang harganya pun beda :). waitress disini beberapa juga adaa yang jutek, dan yang melayani saya saat saya order itu waitress nya laki dan agak sengak, kalau yang antar makanan ke meja saya waitress nya perempuan.
