The food here is genuinely excellent. It's the sole reason we keep coming back. But after multiple visits, I feel compelled to flag serious issues with service, cleanliness, and smoking policy that the owner needs to urgently address. The upstairs area is designated as the smoking section, and during lunch hours, the downstairs (non-smoking) area is not open at all. This leaves non-smokers and families with young children with no viable option for dining in. Beyond the inconvenience, this arrangement may also violate local regulations on smoking prohibition in public spaces — something the management should look into seriously. The downstairs section consistently feels damp and dingy. On our last dinner visit, there was a puddle of water in front of the restroom, enough that I had to warn the kids not to go in. When I looked for staff to flag the issue, they were all outside watching football. This is simply not acceptable. We live nearby in Hegarmanah and genuinely want this place to succeed. The kitchen clearly has talent. But the service and upkeep of the premises consistently make us hesitate before returning. It would be a real shame to lose a loyal, regular customer over issues that are entirely within management's control to fix.

Suka bangeeettt sama Matsuri! Salah satu resto sushi di Bandung favorit akuu. Chuka Idako nya enaaakk bangeeett belum ada yg ngalahin sih. Sayang, salmonnya baru ready after lunch🥲 padahal salmonnya juga enaaakk fresh banget karena baru dateng juga kali yaa Pelayanannya juga ramah, tempatnya juga ga terlalu crowded jadi ambiencenya masih nyaman sih buatku
