A very memorable first experience trying authentic Chongqing hotpot in Bandung. From the moment the food arrived, everything looked incredibly fresh, from the premium meats to the vegetables and drinks. We tried several types of soup bases, including the spicy ones, and I was pleasantly surprised that the spice level was still enjoyable and manageable for my taste while keeping the rich and flavorful authentic hotpot experience. The atmosphere was also one of the highlights — comfortable, clean, and suitable for many occasions, whether for a casual dinner for two, office gatherings, or family meals. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the entire dining experience, which made us feel very welcome. To complete the meal, they served fresh fruits as a refreshing dessert, a simple but thoughtful touch that left us ending the day with a very happy and satisfied stomach. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and definitely a place worth revisiting to explore more of their menu selections in the future.

Datang hari senin jam makan siang, tidak terlalu ramai hanya ada bbrp meja terisi. Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, dengan taman di bagian dalam. Ada ruangan smoking dan non smoking. Saya dapat tempat di non smoking indoor depan. Order personal set menu dengan kuah creamy mala, ada extra charge untuk kuah creamy mala. Makanannya enak dan fresh. Porsinya lumayan banyak, cukup mengenyangkan. Free sauce. Untuk minuman ada chinese tea hot/cold yg free refill. Pelayanannya baik, cepat, dan ramah. Kurangnya hanya 1, toilet wanita dan pria bersatu, sehingga agak tidak nyaman untuk wanita.

Service nya memuaskan, waiter/waitress nya semua ramah, makanannya enak2, ingredients nya fresh, interiornya bagus berkarakter, tempat nya bersih rapi di semua sudut. Ada bonus dessert es nanas di akhir meal. Ada playground mini buat anak2 biar ga bosen pas lagi nunggu makanan dihidangkan. Serba sat set cepat pelayanannya. Hanya yg kurang adalah ga ada tempat ngecas hape d setiap tempat duduk, jd klo mau ngecas hp harus di kasir. Semoga ke depannya bisa menyediakan tempat buat ngecas hp di setiap tempat duduk ya, biar tingkat kepuasan konsumen semakin tinggi. Terima kasih sukses selalu.

A Proper Premium Hot Pot Experience in Bandung ✨ Finally tried Chong Qing Hot Pot! This is one of the premium spots in Indonesia that claims No Pork, No Lard (though no official halal logo yet). The staff here emphasized that they are halal-friendly, and I can confirm there was no pork on the menu. The Food & Flavors • The Broth: Since I was dining with kids and parents, I chose a milder Mala broth. It hit the spot! The spices are incredibly strong and authentic—nothing was missed. • Meat & Seafood: The meat quality is top-notch. We ordered the Alaskan King Crab (minimum 800g for our group of 4), and it was very generous. • Sides: The Mantao and Scallion Pancakes were perfect for balancing the rich flavors. I also tried the Mala Fried Rice; while the flavor profile was good, mine was unfortunately a bit too salty this time. • Freebies: They provide free desserts like fresh fruit and pineapple slush (this may vary). Service & Hospitality Super satisfied! The staff really know what they’re doing—fast, friendly, and very helpful with explanations. 10/10 for hospitality. Ambiance & Facilities • Vibe: Beautiful, authentic Chinese-inspired interior. Great for family gatherings. • Kids & Family: They have a small play area for children and a Mushola on-site, which is a huge plus! • Parking: The lot isn't huge, but they offer a Valet Service (pay what you wish). • Note on Restrooms: The toilets are clean, but they are unisex. It might be better if they were separated for more privacy! 😭 • Smoking: There is an outdoor space available, and staff are quick to bring an ashtray. Overall: A solid 9.5/10. Highly recommended for a premium family dinner!

When I arrived, the table wasn't ready even though I had a reservation. And after ordering the food, it took half an hour for the food to arrive, and the soup arrived at the same time so I had to wait for it to heat up first. For a 1.5 million rupiah bill, I expected more. ⭐️1 will not come again

Restonya nyaman dengan nuansa tradisional Cina yang kental dan indah. Staffnya ramah dan komunikatif, sangat menyenangkan. Area makannya bersih dan interiornya khas resto hotpot chinese. Ada yang outdoor dan indoor. Sebaiknya reservasi dulu. Hotpot dan aneka minumannya mantap, hautce, lezat! Harga OK, sesuai kualitas yang diperoleh. Area parkirnya yang sangat terbatas. Tapi recomended!

We came here to celebrate a birthday and were amazed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The food was amazing too and the Manager did an outstanding job in explaining the different menu items. 10/10 experience that exceeded our expectations!

If you are all craving Mala hot pot, this place is definitely a must-visit. We hoped to try the creamy Mala soup, however, it was not available. The regular Mala soup is not recommended for those who don't like spicy food, but it certainly tastes delicious. The chicken bone broth was also has creamy feels, super good. The signature meat platter that we ordered was high quality, it was really fresh and very tasty. There are lots of options at the dipping sauce station. The recommended sauce is already great, but you can mix your own to your liking as well. The cucumber garlic pickle was a nice stealer of the appetizer. I really like the freshness and tangy-ness. Overall, we had an excellent dining experience. The service was fantastic

I went to this restaurant last week. The decor was nice, the ingredients were fresh, and there was a wide variety of sauces. Overall, the taste was okay 😌 The best dish was the mango shaved ice. However, the service and broth replenishment were very slow. Also, it's a shame that there were no Chinese-speaking servers or Chinese menus for a Chinese hot pot restaurant…

Tried Chong Qing Hot Pot — overall it was okay. The mala broth is flavorful and hits the right level of spice. The beef is good, but I’d avoid the lamb shoulder as it’s quite tough, and the seafood mussels were a bit too salty. The apple pear Goji Berry Drink is recommended. Prices are on the expensive side. There’s a good variety of sauces, and the seating is comfortable. The iPad menu took a long time to load, but the staff were very helpful — they assisted us with the issue and helped fix our orders. We spent around rp924k for two person.

Hatur nuhun yahhh.. Makanannya jg enak2.. dari kuah soup chicken bone +tiger prawn, meat yg berkualitas, dan bintangnya untuk alaska king crab.nya vs mantao...🫰

Went to this resto alone after just randomly searching for a place to dine from google maps because it's closed to the hotel I stayed in that night. They have a personal portion for the broth and half portion for the meats but not for the veggies. I ordered a bit too much for myself with king oyster mushrooms, sweet potato wide noodles, chinese spinach, tofu skin and sliced meat (can't remember the type. But it's BOGO) with chinese tea for the drink and mala for the soup. Love the chinese drink! Overall it tasted good and would love to visit again, with less things to ordered though! Ended up paying a bit more than 400K for all of that. It's a bit pricey but still okay.

Terkesan sama dekorasi dan atmosfernya, vintage dan bener2 kayak di China. Makanannya juga enak dan bahan2 nya fresh. Ada harga, ada rupa lah. Sayang sirkulasi udara yg di ruang private kurang bagus, jadi baunya kurang enak. Stafnya ramah2, toiletnya bersih dan wangi. Layak untuk dicoba.
