Hello, I bought glasses from your optic, but unfortunately the near lens had a problem and I went again and told the problem, but the staff said to use it for a week. They said that we will convert the lens and when I got it when it was ready, it is still the same problem, and now they say that we put you a normal lens, not a quality lens, and I said, why didn't you tell me from the beginning, and now I am talking about this optic in Cisarua Bogor. Their work is not good at all.
