I found the booking process quite frustrating and unprofessional. I clearly mentioned more than once that I was looking for a morning appointment. Despite that, I was repeatedly offered afternoon appointments without being told that this particular clinic only has afternoon dermatology sessions. I also had to ask myself whether there were appointments available at your other branch. This alternative was never offered proactively, even though there was a morning slot available there. Overall, it felt like I had to extract every piece of information through multiple messages instead of being given all the relevant options from the beginning. Then, after this lengthy conversation, I was asked to confirm the appointment as soon as possible to avoid losing the slot. A smoother booking process, where all available options are presented upfront, would make for a much better patient experience.

Rejuvie has been my go to cli ic for 12 yrs now . Ive had several different treatments over the yrs and would not go anywhere else. Amazing outcomes. Professional staff. Superb Doctors.

My experience was excellent but due to my Dr, Dr Herny, not so much the clinic itself. Previously I had a very poor experience with a doctor who I found rude, insulting and unprofessional. Dr Herny on the other hand was world class. Excellent bedside manner but most of all a very good technician. She explained why she was taking the approach she did and then executed it with care and precision. My advice, if you and non surgical aesthetic work I would go to Rejuvie but I would be specific in which doctors I got referred to

There wasn’t enough time to complete both during my first appointment, so I had to return for a second visit. My major dental experience at Rejuvie was absolutely fantastic. They were supportive with the booking process, allowed me to change dates due to personal reasons, and responded promptly and informatively. Dr Fachrun was brilliant: I had whitening, dental implant surgery, porcelain veneer, and periodontal work. He was so gentle and calming, and for someone afraid of the dentist, the three hours was completely pain-free. The price was so reasonable, and the after care has been brilliant. WARNING - worst aesthetic treatment & customer care l have ever experienced. I went to this clinic for temporal filler and subtle lower cheek filler near the ear area. Instead, the filler was placed directly into my cheeks, leaving me with two large, obvious lumps that look completely unnatural and improperly placed. You can see the huge lumps in my face, on my right cheek and left temple… a month later. Almost a month later, the clinic is still dismissing my concerns as “swelling,” despite the lumps remaining clearly visible and unchanged. There has been no accountability, no proper aftercare, and no genuine attempt to reassure me. They have been rude, dismissive, when I went in weeks later I was again told it was swelling. Dr Riska has taken zero accountability and denies the incorrect placement, which is gaslighting & is scary to think shes injecting people every day. I paid 12 million IDR for a result that has caused distress, embarrassment, and loss of trust. I would strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before choosing this clinic for cosmetic procedures. Please do your research carefully and do not be pressured by marketing or promises.

I went with Dr. Murino to get botox done, in 1.5 months wrinkles were back. I contacted him multiple times but he didn’t even have the decency to get back to me. His prices are also considerably higher than most places in Bali.

On recommendation, I approached Rejuvie for dental work approximately 2 years ago. In that time, I have had three visits to Bali, and each visit incorporated dental work as well as the relaxing holiday. Before commencing, Rejuvie wanted me to submit some dental X-Rays which I had done here in Australia. Once received, Rejuvie were able come up with an action plan and we wasted no time in getting it done. Works completed were: - Eight crowns across the top - One root canal & crown (on broken tooth) - Three implants - Bone graft around the implants - Implants being crowned My teeth weren’t great (too many sweets and not enough oral care). I needed immediate attention on arrival due to a broken tooth which had an exposed a nerve. After hopping off my ‘Grab’ bike I was kindly guided into the clinic and waited in the well-presented waiting area for my appointment. Dr Andika took great care of me throughout my treatment plan. Dr Andika ensured I knew what was going on, ensured I was comfortable and always strived for the best outcome. I could not be happier with my teeth, and it has been about 4 months since the works were completed. Note: I have had root canal and other dental works completed in England and Australia but I have not been as satisfied with the level of service and quality of work as I have been with the work I received at Rejuvie in Bali. Thank you to Dr Andika and the rest of the team at Rejuvie for their professionalism, attention to detail, and support. I always look forward to returning to Bali and will be sure to include a check-up with Rejuvie.

Warm welcome, well-equipped clinic, dentist (in my case) very professional and attentive, but I'm only giving 3 stars because it was very complicated to get an appointment in Sanur, they absolutely wanted to send me to Kuta, and/or outright suggested I go somewhere else...

I’ve had dental care, vampire facials, laser treatments, and retinol peels there, and my experience has been consistently positive across the board. I was highly impressed with Rejuvie clinic in Kuta. The staff was so friendly and efficient and caring. I had Blepheroplasty done and Dr Murino was fantastic and highly efficient. I highly recommend him. They also do dental and plastic surgery. They provide excellent customer service as well. I really appeeciate them.

Once again I had a procedure with Dr Ayu, dermatologist to remove potentially metamorphosis spots from my body. She removed an aggressive deep basal cancer last year. I had hair removal and the hair didn't even thin or get a tiny bit patchy. Instead it has grown back thicker, so disappointed as this hasn't happened before when I've got laser. I don't think the laser is very strong and it is an old machine. I don't recommend as it's also expensive.

Had eye lid surgery, no pain,little swelling, from the fist consultation to stiches being removed, the Dr and staff were professional, polite and extremely helpful.

HORRIBLE service. First they where 30 minutes late to attend me on my booked appointment. And when the dermatologist prescribed medicine (tablets) they where given in a plastic bag without any labels or information. When I asked about information about the product and for it to be given to me in a sealed original packaging they where very hostile and said “You can take it like this or leave it”. So I left and will never go back.

While on my holiday in Bali, I decided to get some dental x-rays and a consultation done. The moment I walked into the clinic, I knew that this would be the place to get my teeth taken cared of. Hendri the receptionist, greeted me with a smile and a very welcoming greeting. He offered my beverages and a comfortable place to sit. If only he knew that I was already grateful just for the office being air conditioned. After consulting with Dr. Nanta, I decided to receive dental implants. At first I was hesitant because I wanted to be able to eat the many different types of food that the Balinese culture offers. I did not think I would be able to. But Dr. Nanta and Dr. Fachrun made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I would still be able to eat. Just not after the first 1-2 hours ;) Dr. Fachrun who did my implants, was very professional and had a calming effect, as while working on my teeth, he hummed to the music that was playing in the background. It wasn't at all what I had psyched myself into thinking a dental visit would be like. Dr. Risca, who did my crowns, had the patience of a saint. There were many issues due to the way my teeth were set, but he was relentless in making sure my teeth were done right. I'm so grateful. Terima Kasih. The dental nurses that assisted in my procedures, Ns. Windu and Ns. Winata are the absolute best! They both work alongside the doctors in unison, and with a clock like precision that I found amazing to watch! They would always make me laugh and when I felt any pain, would expertly distract me by tapping on my shoulder. Which actually worked. I did not have much confidence in myself when speaking with others because of my smile, now you have helped me to build more confidence and to smile more. It would have been a 5 because my lip filler is amazing but my Botox has left me with droopy eyelids. On my first follow up my eyebrows were ‘off’ so slight micro doses were added but eyes remained droopy. On my second follow up I was advised it will wear off in a couple of weeks and maybe I should have a blethroplasty! Really? I know the clinic has an amazing reputation but I won’t return there. Before and after added.

Completely inattentive, careless! I reached out saying I had acute tooth pain and needed help as soon as possible. An hour later, they replied that I needed to contact the medical staff to confirm the time. The next day, at 12 noon, I finally got an answer that they were ready to see me in five days to do an X-ray.

So personally, I was worried about getting fillers in Bali, but saw the reviews and Facebook recommendations of Rejuvie and thought … what the hell. Both my mum and I went and the process was professional, yet warm and hygienically very clean. The nurse was very nurturing and the Dr, Amazing!!, better than most I’ve been to in Australia. She had the hands of angel and really, I felt nothing. So happy with the results too, this will be the first of many visits when I’m back in Bali. Thank you Rejuvie.

I originally booked in for a chemical peel expecting to receive the mandelic peel. However, upon arrival the doctor assessed my skin and recommended the salicylic acid peel instead, which was more suitable for my skin concerns. I was looked after by Nurse Mel, who explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. After the peel, she also took the time to extract some comedones and talked me through the process, which I really appreciated. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care and the affordability of the treatment. I’m looking forward to returning!

I've had Botox on a regular basis for 10 years. As I have got older the dose has increased but the desired look has been Consistent, I look after my body and my skin. I have great skin tone for my age.. the Botox I received in Australia by my doctor always lasts for longer than the doctor usually states... I came here and received apparently 65 units... It cost over 500 aud dollars for the treatment, which was a little less than my regular price in Australia. My Botox had to be topped up and my skin wasn't as smooth as usual, but I went back got a top up and it was ok for 3-4 weeks and now I am seeing wrinkles on my forehead again.. my 11 lines are coming back and my chin is dimpled. That never happens when I have Botox in Australia. I am really sad because it is something I saved hard for and look forward to.. I was going to get more work with this clinic but I am not sure what they will say when I go back to complain.. In the consult I did feel rushed, and I know friends who felt the same. I'm not sure what to suggest to potentialcustomers

I was seen by Dr Ragnaa for botox injections today and his technique is so gentle and so much better than my usual Australian clinic where I get a nurse !! He doesn't go as deep as the Australian nurses and it's not a jolt to the face. Nice gentle injections. I'm now a Rejuvie convert and will go here whenever I'm in Bali. Really thorough and quick teeth clean! I also got a night mouth guard which will be made within 24 hours. The place itself is very clean, spacious and professional. Overall cost was $130 AUD and both services would have cost over $700 in Australia. Really impressed :)

Amazing experience doing the facial Laser 360 😊 The staff was amazing & I must say far more precise & professional than my clinic in Los Angeles, California, which caters to the Stars. The process was using 3 different lasers, only the 3rd one felt a tad pinchy. They used numbing cream, so kinda felt like a small rubber band flick, not too bad. Downtime was about 10 days (I recommend doing it on your last few travel days if that’s an issue) staying out of the Sun/ water, etc., but found I could still be out & about using an Umbrella to shield me. Day 3-4 my facial skin turned brown & began to flake/ peel. No pain whatsoever post procedure. No discomfort sleeping on pillow at night. Didn’t peel like a Sunburn, just flaking. By day 10 (takes 60 days for full results) skin was fresh & new. Able to apply makeup & a major difference in wrinkles, pore size, & acne scarring. Even got rid of a bit of Rosacea & broken capillaries. Due to the severity of my scaring, I plan to return in a few months for another session. Posted a pic below of what skin flaking looks like. I highly recommend this procedure! The Dermatologist knew exactly what I needed! I will definitely be flying in to visit Bali for all of my future Cosmetic procedures here. Unfortunately the reception service is so low that my husband and I were not able to reach out to the dentist. We were requesting an estimated price for all on 4 but the receptionist forgot about our request for two weeks. After a long research for a clinic I decided to chose this one I was really nervous to do such a procedure far away from home but on the other hand the prices in Bali 50% cheaper I have a huge phobia from needles but the Dr and her assistant were so patient and nice and holded my hand and calm me during all the procedure (which took about 10 min) If you also looking for professional and safe clinic this is the one :)

Really unhappy with the treatment I received. I came in to treat broken capillaries and sun damage on my arms and chest. I was recommended the AFT laser. Not only did the treatment make absolutely ZERO impact on my concern, it left me with hypopigmentation, where they spot treated freckles, which I specifically said to the doctor during the consultation were NOT a concern of mine. Now I'm left with ugly white patches all over my arms that will cost me more money and months to resolve. I even stressed multiple times that my skin is tanned, and was assured that this is not a problem. This was clearly not the right treatment for my concern, yet they recommended and treated me anyway. EDIT: in response to the clinic - whether or not 3 weeks has passed to see the result is irrelevant. The damage is already clearly apparent. This treatment has created a new issue for me, resulting in my skin looking even WORSE than before I came in, with ugly white hypopigmentet spots where freckles were treated. Had my eyes not been covered during the treatment and I saw what the nurse was doing I would have stopped her. Hypopigmentation is not going to magically resolve within the next week, so please, do not try to dismiss my valid cocern and review of your work. I have attached a photo.

I went here hoping to get under eye filler, frustrated that the slight eye bags I’ve had since age 17 were exaggerated during my time in Bali. I was fairly set on having the procedure done but the spa was very professional and turned me away because my plans for the next few days were not compatible with recovery I have always been terrified of filler and other invasive treatments and would have been traumatized had I don’t it and ended up with a lumpy disfigured face 5 stars for honesty, cleanliness, and professionalism

I had my first ever treatment for my marionette lines, which at the age of 53 I needed both a filler and a little Botox! 😬 The Dr was sooo gentle and made me feel very comfortable! I am a little bruised which is very normal, but I am happy with the results!! I Recommend getting it done toward the end of your holiday so you can still enjoy the Bali facials 💖
