Beautiful clinic with professional and friendly staff. Well priced with high standards. Highly recommend.
Dr Fiona was so lovely and informative and explained everything which put my wife at ease as she is having the procedure .
Ive been there 6 years ago 2 root canals and 9 porcelaincrowns no problems, Im going back this morning for another 8 porcelain crowns and a bridge, ill post more when job is complete, job completed 2 years ago and received many compliments on the job done have just been back for a clean.
Great experience. Clean and modern facility, friendly and professional staff, best equipment for treatments.

I had a consult with Dr Fiona. She is lovely. I felt relaxed and comfortable speaking to her about my concerns. We came up with a good game plan together for my surgery.
Have been seeing Dr murino for 10 years and I have never been disappointed. The staff are caring and amazing. Recently had upper and lower eye surgery. The results so far are amazing. Picture before and after 10 days post procedure

I found the booking process quite frustrating and unprofessional. I clearly mentioned more than once that I was looking for a morning appointment. Despite that, I was repeatedly offered afternoon appointments without being told that this particular clinic only has afternoon dermatology sessions. I also had to ask myself whether there were appointments available at your other branch. This alternative was never offered proactively, even though there was a morning slot available there. Overall, it felt like I had to extract every piece of information through multiple messages instead of being given all the relevant options from the beginning. Then, after this lengthy conversation, I was asked to confirm the appointment as soon as possible to avoid losing the slot. A smoother booking process, where all available options are presented upfront, would make for a much better patient experience.

You initially asked for an appointment Tuesday to Thursday in the morning. Our staff advised that we were fully booked on those days and offered the next available slot, which was Friday afternoon. You then asked for an appointment the following week in the morning, and at that point we explained that the dermatologist mostly works in the afternoon at our Kuta clinic. We would normally propose the Sanur clinic once it is clear the preferred clinic cannot accommodate the request. In this case you raised it first yourself. We offered you an appointment in Sanur the following day in the morning, however this was not confirmed. We are sorry if the schedule of the dermatologist was not made clear from the beginning. As noted, she mostly works afternoons in Kuta. Dermatologist availability at both clinics is limited, which is why we ask patients to confirm promptly whether they wish to take the offered appointment. Rejuvie has been my go to cli ic for 12 yrs now . Ive had several different treatments over the yrs and would not go anywhere else. Amazing outcomes. Professional staff. Superb Doctors.
