I would highly recommend this clinic. Everything was clean, efficient, and professional. The staff were kind and all had great English, and they made me come back for two follow up appointments which I thought was a good sign of their medical care. They’re really easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. I will definitely be back! Honestly, no criticisms or complaints. So far I really like my results.
I visited NuLook on 3/6/2026 for Botox treatment. The communication via WhatsApp for booking was very easy and efficient. Upon arrival the customer service and faculties were of a very high standard. We only had a consultation here (my husband and I). They were incredibly kind, informative, and respectful. We even had a private room to discuss alone about the options the doctor gave us. We are still considering what procedures to do, but would absolutely go to them in the case we decide on moving forward. Highly recommended.

Fabulous clinic. They offer a huge range of treatments, staff were super friendly & the prices were very reasonable. I had several red light therapy sessions, plus some botox. I am really happy with results; Nulook will definitely be my go to clinic whenever I'm in bali. Highly recommend.

Excuse for me this is not worth to go. I had diamond hydro facial with charge above 2 Million, the facial and peeling I got, was not work in my skin at all. Clearly over price, and there wasn’t any significant results in my skin. So, I went to other clinic and doctor. The price isn’t as expensive as in here and they finally can fix my skin acne. If my man wouldn’t offer me to go here as a gift, i would not go here instead to go somewhere else. If the 2 million price match with the result, I wouldn’t mind to come back and get the other treatment like they have offer me for the DNA salmon thing, with cost nearly 7 million where I got at my other doctor only cost half price of it. 1 week I was waiting after done my facial there, was so frustrated if maybe I could get result later, but not at all. So I decided went to my usual clinic with my regular doctor who normally taken care of my skin conditions. There I got similar facial + NCTF + Dna salmon booster the cost even half from this hospital was offered and my result from my regular doctor seem work finer than I got from this hospital. But over all the only good things here is the hospital looks quite luxury and receptionist lady staff was ok. Other than that, I would say, it’s not worth it.

I had my lips done in September 2025 and it changed my life . This clinic was so amazing the staff and doctors were so beautiful and 6 months later they still look amazing . I had a great experience at this clinic and felt very well taken care of. I received multiple treatments here, including laser treatments, radiofrequency lifting, and collagen-stimulating injections, and the experience was consistently reassuring throughout. What made this clinic stand out was that the doctor personally consulted with me from the beginning, even for smaller treatments. This made me feel much more at ease compared to my past experiences. All procedures were comfortable, and the doctor carefully explained each step and regularly checked on my comfort level. The doctor was warm, professional, and very approachable, and the front desk and clinic team were also kind and attentive 😊 I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional yet caring aesthetic experience ✨

I had Botox done at Nulook and I’m so very impressed. Their professional services and work are 10/10. I felt no pain, the Dr was very precise and efficient. They sit you down with a consult first and chat to you about your concerns. They then provide a detailed report, going over what would work best for you. I opted for numbing cream and it does help. The place is very clean & sterile. The Drs & staff go above and beyond to make sure you are ok and comfortable. Highly recommended and prices are very good. Loved my experience. Hello Dr Deka. I am feeling very well thank I'm just taking it easy no strenuous movements or outings for me today. I am taking my medication as prescribed by the pharmacist which seem to be working very good. I could feel tightness on my face when I woke this morning a slight headache also which subcided taking my pills following breakfast. I cannot wait to see the developing results in two weeks time. I’m sharing my experience to help others decide with as much clarity as possible. I had a 360 liposuction procedure at Nuloook Clinic. After healing, I noticed that my lower belly and sides still had more and uneven fat than I expected for a full 360 outcome. It left me feeling that the result wasn’t as complete as I had hoped. When I contacted the clinic, they offered a retouch. At first, I was told the retouch would cost 100 AUD, which felt reasonable under the circumstances. Later, the quoted price changed to 600 AUD, and this left me confused because I believed the original result hadn’t fully met the expectations discussed. I want to be clear that I’m not writing this to attack the clinic. I simply believe it’s important for people to know my experience before choosing a major procedure.Since it is very expesive- Clear expectations, communication, and consistency around pricing matter a lot when making decisions about something so personal.

Firstly thank you dr Dinda for making my procedure comfortable. The doctor and the staff are very professional and friendly explaining the process beforehand. I had the pico laser for dark spots on my face chest and arms. I am going back in a few days to have my legs done. It was only yesterday I had my procedure and am seeing results already.

I have to say I had a reduction and lift With Dr Astri on the 27/0 (yesterday). I have no major pain just a little bit of stinging where the wounds are. Nulook Clinic is an absolute amazing place just like a mini hospital. The care that I received pre operation and post operation is excellent. I visited NULOOK Anti-Aging & Regenerative Center and had two procedures done by Dr. Zetta — Botox and laser treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The laser procedure had absolutely no visible effect — the result was zero. The Botox started working later than usual, but instead of lifting the corners of my eyes as expected, my eyelids drooped. My expression became sad and tired, and my brows literally hang over my lashes now. At the moment, my face looks unnatural, and the clinic has not offered any solution or rehabilitation plan. I am writing this review to warn others not to trust the advertising claims about “superior equipment” and “top specialists” without reservation. Perhaps other doctors there work differently, but my personal experience was very unfortunate.

Such a beautiful clinic! Everything was modern, clean and organized. Did a rejuvination laser with Dr. Zetta who had great energy and patiently answered all my questions. :) Happy with the results. If your looking for a korean clinic in Bali, this is it ❤️ suggestion: would be great to offer some tea before/after treatment like other clinics do, but its not a big deal

Always happy with the results! Their equipment is super advanced, the staff is professional and friendly, and they really listen to what I want. I saw a doctor to see if I needed eye lift or face lift. Happily I was not a candidate for something so evasive but ultherapy, botox, filler and collagen stimulation were recommended and a plan was put together. I had the two hour treatment the day following consultation. The clinic is spotless and the people very professional and helpful. No results visible for 8 to 12 weeks. So can no comment on how effective the treatment will be. Quite expensive, $5500 fo face and neck. Hopefully a less evasive procedure than surgery. Aspects of it were quite painful..but short and sharp pulses so bearable

Beware prices are crazy. Better look elsewhere. I called for a rough estimate for hair removal . I had 3 other places which all quotes approx 2 million for the areas I needed. When called they would not give quote kept telling Me come and make appointment and see doctor. I think they do this just to get you in the door and then extort you. After telling them I was doing some comparisons they quoted me 18 million rupiah.. then asking me when I will come and what time to book. I told them the other quotes I had received and they keep insisting I come and see doctor … 18 million is robbery. Be aware and do your homework before going to this place

Last time I paid for a consultation and was told I could continue asking questions via WhatsApp. However, now I am being completely ignored — no response at all. I had Upper blepharoplasty done by Dr Astri. The photo below shows before and one month after the surgery. The clinic was incredibly professional about the procedure and Dr Astri and her team were great during it as I was quite nervous. I did bruise a lot and really had to stay indoors for about one week but then I started to heal very quickly. I am very happy with the results and hope the scarring will continue to decrease. I shall continue to go to Nu Look for procedures

honestly wasn’t too sure about getting beauty treatments in bali but NuLook is legit. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed by their beautiful building and operation rooms. I got done laser treatment on my eye to remove some millia and in 1 hour the bumps were gone!

Amazing! Came in for information. Left 4 hours later after my partner had two treatments and I had the picoplus treatment which included pigment removal, rejuvenation and laser facial toning. Was it worth the $$$, time will tell. A 10 percent discount was offered. Nulook does run specials so I recommend checking for the specials . I do recommend. The staff is not pushy. There is a consultation fee but if you decide to have the procedure done. They waive the consultation fee which is reasonable!

From the moment I chose to have my upper eyes done, the care, and contact (I booked in from Perth) was exceptional. I then had the pleasure of arriving at the most stunning clinic, this is not a beauticians office, this clinic is Medical,from the moment you arrive you can see this is the place to go. My surgeon Dr Astri is in my opinion the best in the business. Highly qualified and a truly wonderful way of making me feel safe in my decision. Had breast fat augmentation on 16 January what a great journey I had, Nulook is excellent facilities the staff alway caring and concerned for me during my very short stay, a small thearter but well stocked with equipment, thearter staff very friendly, when anasetic administered i said "good night" and one staff said "goodnight sleep well see you soon",loved that . In all very happy with the clinic professionalism of the clinic. The contacted me next day about how I felt. And was sent home with all appropriate medication needed and was told any dizziness or nausea to contact them ASAP. I am extremely pleased with the place and my Surgeon Dr Astri. Thankyou all

Absolutely impressed with the expertise and competence of both the surgeon Dr Astri and the facial treatments with Dr Zetta. They’re both highly recommended as well as the clinic itself for the top tier innovative treatments that you won’t find in Any other clinics in Bali as well as for the impressive care of all the personnel. This clinic is literally ahead of the curve and after trying out throughout the years the most known ones on the island, I’m totally convinced it stands out completely!!

The staff here are great, and the clinic has a nice, high-end look. I had the Ultherapy treatment, and while it wasn’t the most enjoyable experience, the staff did their best to make it more bearable.

Inconsistent communication on services. I had to pay 100к for “consultation” when it was a sales pitch for their pico laser which cost $200. When initially I was quoted $60 for a chemical peel. Don’t get fooled by the cleanliness of the place. It’s an overpriced and disorganized establishment.

I am so shocked at the horrific customer service of this supposedly high end clinic. I have tried making an appointment for consultation for weeks now. They are disorganized, cancel at the last minute and don't have the customer service skills to reschedule or offer an alternative. Ok, I will go elsewhere for my treatments then, thank you.

Just had a seminar about anti-aging with Dr.Astri and it was amazing and insightful, also just did clarity laser treatment, idk if its the Dr or the technology but i only got a little redness, usually in other clinic the redness is crazy, so i really like it and definitely will come back here! Other than the treatment procedure, the place is very comfortable and clean plus all of the staff is friendly. Thankyou Nulook 🫶🏻
