Treatment yang sudah saya bayar melalui aplikasi traveloka tidak sesuai dengan yang saya terima diruang treatment! Yang seharusnya Paket miracle carboxy glow diganti dengan paket basic yaitu paket miracle renew white facial! Dari CS sudah menyampaikan maaf namun tidak ada kelanjutan solusinya!
Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan di klinik miracle aesthetic clinic kuta sy pesana untuk treatment paket miracle carboxy glow facial untuk tanggal 8 dan sdh buat appointemnt di jam 18.30 wita. Setelah tiba di clinic dari petugas di bagian pendaftaran sdh di scan voucher yg sy beli dari traveloka tetapi saat di ruang treatment sy kami malah dapat treatment paket miracle renew white facial yg harganya dibawah carboxy sdh sempat kami complain ke klinik tetapi sampai sekarang belum ada tindakan lebih lanjut

I’ve been regularly getting retinol facials for the past 5 months, and I’m very happy with the results. The overall experience has been excellent. I can clearly see that my whiteheads have significantly reduced, and my skin looks much clearer. All the staffs are friendly and accomodating. At the end of the session, they serve ginger tea, which I really enjoy. Highly recommended!

Untuk facial mungkin masih oke walaupun lebih tinggi harga nya.. Tapi untuk laser a big No No dengan harga segitu.. Sebelum nya tidak mau memberi review karena tidak ada perbandingan untuk laser, tapi setelah saya laser di tempat lain dengan harga yg lbh murah & kelihatan hasil nya… Padahal harga tidak murah, tapi hasilnya amat sangat kurang untuk laser

Di clinic kami, laser yang digunakan adalah authentic certified Picoway laser, yang memang bekerja secara bertahap untuk memperbaiki skin tone, texture, serta masalah pigmentasi seperti PIH/PIE dengan downtime yang minimal. Untuk kasus pigmentasi dan bekas jerawat, hasil yang lebih optimal biasanya memerlukan treatment rutin dan progresif, bukan perubahan instan dalam 1 sesi. Namun kami tetap sangat menghargai masukan Anda, dan kami mohon maaf apabila hasil treatment belum sesuai dengan harapan Anda. Feedback seperti ini tetap menjadi evaluasi penting bagi team kami untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan komunikasi treatment kepada setiap patient
Came here upon recommendation of my friend. They were running an hour behind schedule, and receptionists were not very informative or helpful. Once we saw Dr Bobo, he was very kind and professional. The treatment itself felt rushed (e.g. no cooling mask at the end, no treatment recap, just pay and go). The facilities look great and it's clearly a popular clinic - I just wish they wouldn't lose they personal touch! We got a Pico facial and although I don't see a lot of long-term effects yet, I'm hoping this will get better with more treatments.

I had a wonderful experience at this Clinic. I came in having done some research as to what I wanted to do and first sat with the doctor for a consultation. He was so kind and professional. He listened attentively to what I had to say, and gave me his opinion. He explained clearly and transparently his point of view and answers all and any questions I had. I did not feel rushed nor pressured to do anything at all. Proceeding on to the treatment itself, the room was very clean, the assistant was very professional, they showed me all the products and equipment they were going to use. Whilst I was waiting for the numbing cream to take effect, I had some anxiety and fears and I was not too sure anymore if I wanted to proceed with the treatment. I asked again to speak with the doctor who was very calm, answered all of my questions and concerned and once again - made me feel like there was no problem at all for me to change my mind. He put me at ease and I proceeded with the treatment which was conducted perfectly. They reassured me, distracted me gently away from the pain and proceeded with a high level of skill. I still need to wait a couple of months to see my full results but initial results are great and I am happy. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything 🙏🏽

My first time visiting Miracle Clinic went well. Made an appointment through WhatsApp, pretty quick response. Lobby, rooms, and toilet are spotless. Friendly staff, attentive doctor, I had the best treatments and was well informed about my skin condition. 10/10 experience. 5 stars for Putu 1 star for the Dermatologist After almost (or more) 10 years being Miracle Aesthetic regulars and enjoying all the treatment they have to offer, today unfortunately I got the worst experience. It started with a really nice facial from Putu, she did the work amazingly and let me relax. Then after recommending me to get acne injection, the relaxing experience turned out to be sour. Dr Diana, looked like she’s hurried to go somewhere, came to the room. tried to explain my situation about my acne and she right away rambling condescendingly about acne 101 to me. I wasn’t up for any un-relaxing situation today and asked her to finish the injection just to make her stop talking, then she said “are you sure? The xxx rupiah is not for per injection, no need to worry about the cost” .. I’m sorry but what?! I just couldn’t anymore. Miracle Aesthetic, you need to do better in the future for your Dr Diana.

I’m quite picky when it comes to my face, but I must say this is one of the best places for facials I’ve ever been to. The service is amazing, the clinic is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’ve been dealing with breakouts lately, and after just one session, my skin improved significantly. I had small bumps and lots of whiteheads around my cheeks, so I tried the Power Retinol Facial, and wow—no more breakouts! The results were almost instant, with very minimal downtime. I highly recommend this place for anyone, especially the girlies out there looking for top-notch facial treatments :)

I’ve done a few treatments at the Miracle clinic Kuta and found the experience enjoyable. The clinic is clean and professional. I like the MD laser which is effective to reduce signs of pigmentation from breakouts. Dr Probo is both helpful and proficient handling my treatments.

I was recommended this clinic by a friend, I couldn’t have been more happy with the clinic and the treatments I purchased. I went for the Premium Gold Facial, Silky Soft Eyes and the Oxy Mist. I highly recommend these treatments, firstly the therapist I had was super friendly, professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my treatments. I have never had such a detailed facial in my life. I left with my face feeling the softest it’s felt in years and my skin was literally glowing. Admin WA nya sangat responsif menjawab semua kebutuhan dan pertanyaan saya. Sehingga tidak perlu waktu lama untuk saya memilih treatment apa yg dibutuhkan dan cocok untuk saya. Beberapa hari yg lalu saya melakukan treatment Facial premium gold dengan terapis mbak Susie, mbak susie menjelaskan dengan sangat detail tahapan facial sebelum treatment. Tangannya sangat cekatan , massage nya apalagi enak sekali membuat badan dan pikiran saya relax. Yang paling saya kagum adalah proses ekstraksi komedo nya yang tidak sakit sama sekali akan tetapi semua whiteheads dan blackheads terangkat semua, itu karena miracle punya alat khusus pengangkat komedo yang saya perhatikan jarang sekali dimiliki oleh klinik kecantikan lainnya. Menurut saya melakukan treatment facial di miracle bukan hanya untuk membersihkan muka tapi rasanya lebih seperti habis keluar dari spa, muka langsung glowing, stress juga hilang, badan relax tidak tegang. Sehabis facial saya disajikan segelas wedang jahe panes gula aren ( ini minuman favorit saya ) menurut saya rasanya enak sekali. Kondisi wajah saat pertama kali treatment di miracle pas jerawatan parah dan buluk banget karena hormon lagi ga seimbang (efek habis melahirkan). Perawatan nya cuma di facial aja dan pake cream rekomendasi dr kiana. Seenng bgt konsul sm dr kiana sgt mengerti kondisi pasien nya. Tau bgt aku yg busui, ga dikasih sembarangan cream dan treatment. Pdhl klw tempat lain, semua treatment di kasih biar cuan. Pdhl aku yg minta2 treatment ke dokter dan ganti cream tp dr ny ttp sesuai dgn cream di awal. Pdhl dgn treatment sederhana dan cream yg ga banyak wajahku normal kembali. Sblm kenal miracle sering bgt jerawatan skrg seneng deh punya wajah yg seperti skrg. The best clinic ever! I have tried many clinics in the last few years but Miracle has been the longest clinic I have ever been, this mainly because their staffs exceptional service, especially Dr Diana who has been very gentle and helpful. Some of their treatment is a bit pricey compare to other clinics, but it is worth it as you will be taken care by professionals. Highly recommended!

Pertama kali ambil treatment 3in1 Facial di Miracle Kuta, worth it banget! Di handle sama mbak Dwi yang telaten, sabar dan baik. Pertama kulit kita dilihat dulu kondisinya nanti kita disarankan ambil treatment yang sesuai, aku disarankan oleh terapist untuk ambil 3in1 Facial dan scrub vitalif neck treatment, total 2 jam terbaikku hari ini. Setiap step Mbak Dwi menjelaskan manfaat treatment yg dikerjakan, saat extracy komedo juga tidak sakit sama sekali. Baru kali ini extracty komedo bisa bikin ketiduran.
