Had my face consultation and facial treatment here with Dr Jay and beautycian Cintya. Dr Jay was very informative in explaining my current skin condition and suggest some treatment with its pros and cons. I also love how Cintya was being very communicative during my treatment explaining all the steps and products used. Will come back again and recommend this place to my friends

Truly one of the best interiors I’ve seen in Jakarta! A real med spa experience. I went for the Diamond Facial. Professional service and thoughtful end to end care that left me feeling pampered. Nurse Hani was delightful and kind. The only thing is that it was quite loud when it rained (pattering on rooftop audible)! But this is just an FYI for folks w noise sensitivity. Madana and nurse Cynthia, very warm and welcoming. I did ultraformer which pain level is tolerable (2/10). Definitely will be back for another treatment.

Just got myself a christmas treatment package from lifted: sylfirm + pdrn serum + nucleofil injection + peeling. Was treated by the beautiful, kind and very informative, dr. Madana along with the very friendly and thoughtful, nurse Cynthia. I love how they do everything gently and care about patient’s comfort. They listened to our skin problems and the doctor doesn’t oversell the treatment. She recommends only what is needed. Hopefully my acne problem resolves being treated in here.

Was excited for this facial but service was terrible. The beautician kept leaving between steps for long periods. During the steam step, she left the room for so long the machine timer went off and I had to leave the room to find someone to turn off the ringing and find her. Such a beautiful space ! I had their signature DiamondLift facial & I love how they steamed my face before the facial started to help open up the pores & how they used a silk peel device to remove all the dead skin cells before extraction

Had my appointment at 3.30pm, told i had to wait for another 30 mins at 4.15pm. Cancelled my treatment. Very disrespectful of customer’s time. Don’t bother coming unless you’re jobless or wasting time.

Had a scheduling hiccup in the beginning that sent me into a small tantrum (I was already on the way to my appointment when I received a call that the doctor who was going to do my free consultation had left for the day), but was immediately received by an apologetic staff (clearly well-trained and empowered by the owner to make snap decisions). The owner, who was there at the end of my treatment, personally apologized for the snafu. Totally understandable, as the place is still new. I really appreciated how the situation was handled. I would come back to explore their other treatment options!
