Many of our patients do not consent to having their medical photographs shared publicly, and we fully honor those requests. Second, you initially contacted us and mentioned CO2 laser and we provided a quotation based on the procedure you asked about. However, we did not receive skin photos from you prior to the visit. Even when photos are provided, they cannot replace an in-person medical assessment. Skin conditions often appear very different in person compared to images, which is why we always recommend a direct consultation with our doctor before confirming a treatment plan. During your visit, our doctor performed a proper medical assessment and recommended the device and treatment approach that would be most appropriate for your skin condition.
