Nyesel banget pernah treatment acne disini sm dr Rosa tadinya jerawat aku dikit kesini malah meradang di kasih serum retinol ternyata itu gk boleh,dan inject acne di pencet sekuat kuatnya dan itu sakit banget pdhal itu gak boleh,buang uang treatment disini berkali kali di suruh laser acne gimna mau sembuh sementara di suruh pake retinol terakhir ya buang uang ke laser padahal penyebab nya juga dari sini haha,aku udh ke beberapa klinic perawatan disini sih paling gk ngerti soal acne malah di kasih serum retinol sekarang baru tau aku kenapa jerawatku pada keluar gede” pas perawatan disini,nyesel banget kalo ingat” treatment disini sangat sakit beda dari klinik lain dr nya gak lembut semoga yang lain gak bernasib sama dr harusnya tau cara ngatasin acne bukan memperburuk,pacar saya ambil Botox gak ada perubahan hasilnya sama seperti tidak Botox haha,percuma juga komplien kan uang gak balik yang ada di suruh tambah treatment ini itu lagi makin buang” uang untuk sesuatu yang tidak ada hasil

I’ve been chasing the longevity train for many years mainly doing treatments in California at the top clinics . I’m 54 years old and I have to say the Eterna clinic was amazing and so affordable. Dr Rosa was so skilled with her procedures. I had the Ultraformer MPT done as well as the collagen booster to the neck and face and finished off with the salmon DNA all done in one day . The Ultraformer improved my double chin incredibly and also had great results with skin tightening on my face . What I was most impressed with was the way she performed the collagen booster . In the US I had the Scuptra which can only be done in certain areas of the face . Dr Rosa was able to preform the injections in areas close to the eye , mouth and chin which was a total game changer . I was going to get a fat transfer along the orbital rim in the US , but after this treatment there is no need . I’m definitely flying back to see Dr Rosa instead of getting treatments in the US . This was my second time and the girls at the front desk are very helpful and all very attentive. I was referred to by a friend to see Dr. Rosa and I was not disappointed. She know her fields very well. I did an Ultraformer MPT or also known as HI FU. I’m excited to see my results the next couple months. Dr. Wales me through the whole process in our consult and had my excited for the next one I’m to do. I also decided on the collagen booster to really maximize my results. So far this clinic is up there on my list.

I recently had a facial treatment that included ultraformer MPT, Exilis Ultra 360, and Fotona resurfacing—and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. It significantly improved the appearance of wrinkles on both my face and neck, and the results keep getting better over time. The Fotona treatment also made a noticeable difference in my skin texture—it feels smoother, more even, and refreshed. The treatment itself is a bit uncomfortable at moments, but absolutely worth it. Dr. Rosa is a true professional—she explained everything clearly and was incredibly patient and reassuring, especially since I was quite nervous (I don’t usually do treatments like this). Highly recommend!

I chose this clinic based on good reviews, and I deeply regret it — I wasted time traveling and missed the opportunity to get the procedure done within my required timeframe. I am preparing for a plastic surgery operation, and my surgeon recommended a specific procedure: laser resurfacing with a particular device + subcision. I need to complete 3–4 sessions with one month between each, and I am already on a tight schedule. On top of that, I am leaving Bali in a week, so getting the procedure done today was critically important. Before my visit, ❗️I asked for before/after photos — I was told everything would be shown at the consultation. I clearly described what procedures I needed in advance, sent photos of my skin, and received an initial consultation and a price. But upon arrival, the doctor started suggesting a completely different device — meaning I had been misled from the start. The price at the appointment turned out to be twice as high as what I had been quoted. When I asked to see a portfolio, it turned out the clinic does not have a single before/after photo of laser resurfacing. All they found was 1 (!!!) old photo on Facebook. A clinic that performs serious procedures that damage the skin — and has no portfolio. This is unacceptable. I left with nothing, having wasted time traveling back and forth. Because of this visit, I missed my window to get the procedure done on time. How can you run a business this way — misleading clients, offering something completely different from what was requested, and having zero portfolio to show? ❗️This is a complete disregard for people’s time. I do not recommend this clinic.

I recently had the Onda body treatment for my arms and then had the fat burning injections. Nurse Ayu and Nurse Komang were not only very thorough but their skill and care were next level. Doctor Inri took such great care in administering the injections and not only was she gentle but her precision and skills were exceptional. I highly recommend Eterna Clinic. I booked an appointment to see a dermatologist for an evaluation of my scalp and hair condition. However, when I arrived, there was no proper analysis or medical assessment. Instead, the focus quickly shifted to selling me various treatments. I also wasted nearly two hours driving back and forth for this appointment, and even though I arrived on time, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before being seen. This made the experience even more frustrating. I felt pressured into options I did not need, including a hair transplant, which was completely unnecessary for my situation. The experience did not feel professional or medically driven — it felt more like a sales pitch than a consultation. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for genuine medical advice or an objective evaluation. It seemed primarily focused on making money rather than providing professional care.

Summary: Even after spending over $1,800usd here, I felt pressured, dismissed, & upsold, with no written aftercare. Staff repeatedly gaslight & fail to take accountability, with recommendations guided by who was available, not my goals, & blatant disrespect for my time. My results are uncertain, & this experience has been an existential wake-up call about the beauty industry. I will not return. Full Review: Eterna uses advanced equipment & staff seemed knowledgeable, tho I have not yet seen results. Before my visit, I asked whether I could share photos & receive recommendations in advance. I was told the best guidance could only be provided in-person, yet despite my stated goals being volume & symmetry, I was not informed ahead of time that the filler injector would be unavailable for a few weeks. Instead I was guided toward skin boosters as most effective for my goals. On-site, I was pressured to make immediate decisions about multiple treatments totaling over $1,800usd, with little space to pause & no clarity on consultation vs. procedure time. When it was time to decide, staff surrounded me, continually asked what I was doing, pointed to where to sign, & even pushed the card reader in my face. Multiple times I had to set boundaries: “I need some time to think/decide/research/read the dangers” etc. I was never informed that there might not be enough time, nor suggested that splitting treatments over multiple days might be better. We started early, & they didn’t seem to have many other clients in low season. I had asked about other days that week without ever being told times weren’t available. Staff reactions to areas I wanted to improve felt shaming, with alarmed, exaggerated pointing & exclamations, which could be harmful for vulnerable clients (other reviews confirm this). At the end, after being guided toward skin boosters the entire time, I looked at the results & questioned areas I was most concerned with—they were still prominent. I was then told I would “really need” at least 8–9 syringes of filler & repeatedly encouraged to book another appointment when the injector returned. Recommendations were clearly driven by staff availability, not my goals. Timing was disregarded—I had requested precise scheduling, confirmed by staff, yet had to walk around to find them 10 mins late, making me late to my next appointment. After final payment, they seemed unconcerned about my process. When I shared detailed concerns, their response was essentially, “we’re sorry you feel that way; it wasn’t our intention”—no accountability, nor addressing my needs for written aftercare (which I’ve never received despite asking). Staff continued upselling instead of addressing issues. Early on, I requested examples of prior work, but staff struggled to provide clear photos. Many positive reviews may reflect experiences when the injector was present; if not, the team may upsell without transparency. Other reviews reveal this pattern isn’t unique: clients report feeling laughed at & humiliated, with responses dismissing their experience or blaming cultural norms like smiling. This systemic gaslighting & lack of accountability reinforces why I cannot trust the clinic to provide a professional, supportive experience. Currently, my results are uncertain: my face is swollen, bruised, & lumpy. Combined with lack of transparency, emotional support, & aftercare, this has been an existential wake-up call, making me question if the stress of this experience & industry prevents or contributes to aging. I will not be returning. I share this to encourage improvements in client trust & emotional safety & to give future clients the review I wish I had before investing so much.

I did the Ultraformer MPT treatment and everything was handled very professionally. The staff made me feel very comfortable and the doctor explained every step clearly. I’m very happy with the experience, highly recommend and will definitely return.

Had a consultation Dr Rosa, in regards to my skin, Dr Rosa are suggested fillers, CO2 Fotona laser , from start to finnish had a good experience, Dr Rosa and nurses care for my welfare and reducing any pain that may be felt by the lasers, pain was very minimal. Проффесионализм доктора Розы и младшего медицинского персонала не вызывает вопросов, цены приемлемые, по моему мнению, ниже чем у русских специалистов, практикующих на Бали. Доктор Роза внимательна, и расскажет и порекомендует необходимые процедуры, но не настаивает, деликатный доктор. Запись через What'sApp, стоимость работ можно также узнать через запрос на WhatsApp. Еще мне понравилось, что доктор Роза ориентирована на естественную красоту, без гипертрофированных частей лица.

I have been twice to see Dr Rosa in a few weeks. I received filler in my lips and nasal folds. I am from Dubai and have received filler in my lips many times but never been happy with the results. Dr Rosa did an amazing job. Took time and care to create the most natural but full lips to suit my face. I am beyond happy with the results.

I got a hair transplant three weeks ago at Eterna Clinic in Bali. The doctors and staff were experienced and friendly. They explained everything clearly before proceeding, which made me feel comfortable. The procedure itself was simple and smooth. Although one of the doctors had limited English proficiency, but this did not detract from the overall quality of the experience. I’m happy with the implantation - it’s only the third week, and I can already see new hairs starting to grow. I can definitely recommend Eterna to anyone considering a hair transplant. They also arranged a nice hotel close to the clinic with a good breakfast service. The transportation was well-managed — from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. Very nice clinic and people here. I did an IPL treatment for sunspots and and saw no visible improvement, if you have time and patience for 5 session you might like this treatment but for me another session wasn't worth it

Did fillers and Ultraformer here and had fantastic results! Prices were reasonable too. I personally loved Dr. Rosa’s energy - she was great at explaining things and reasonably opinionated, helping me prioritise concerns. The staff were very accommodating and the clinic was comfortable. Yesterday I tried the Exilis ultra 360 and I immediately felt afterwards that my face felt more lifted and that my skin felt tighter. I would highly recommend. My favorite place for peels/when my acne is playing up the acne facial is the best good for extractions 👌 Dr Rosa is lovely

I had the treatment for dark circles under my eyes with Dra Rosa. I always let her advise me and I followed the procedures she recommended and it was a success. It was the first time I had any aesthetic medicine treatment and Rosa answered all my questions at all times. Eterna is the best aesthetic clinic! I'm from the US and got my lips done at a reputable clinic and they completely messed up my lips. They were very uneven and Dr Rosa fixed them perfectly! Dr Rosa is the best- she's so professional, knowledgeable and kind. Everything she does is really natural! She dissolved my lips, refilled them, did my chin filler, chin shadow filler, DAO and frown botox, and temple filler. She knows so much about the face anatomy, muscles, and tissue- I've seen many doctors and injectors and none of them knew as much as Dr Rosa. I have asymmetrical eyes and instead of just doing a short term fix, she noticed that the bone above one of my eyebrows was uneven and we treated it with filler instead of botox. The results are super natural but really make a big difference. The whole staff is very kind and helpful- I love coming and seeing everyone when I have an appointment! I wish I could move to Bali so I could have access to this clinic all the time- the clinics in the US just don't compare- and I've been to the best ones in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. Thank you Dr Rosa and all of the staff! I'm coming back to Bali just to visit this clinic again- I don't trust anyone else to touch my face!
