I had my first ever facial here and I have to say that it was amazing! I scheduled an appt through WhatsApp and they booked me in the following day. I had the signature hydrofacial with complimentary consultation with the MD. The whole process was seamless and the facial couldn’t be more calming. (The only painful part was the extraction). My facial consultant was the sweetest and my skin feels rejuvenated. I also got a 20% discount from their Black Friday deal. Overall I am happy with my experience!

The best cosmetology clinic in Bali. I’ve been coming since 2020, been doing Botox, Rejuran healer (collagen booster) and anti cellulite massage) and I look 5 years younger now. The doctor is very professional and gives the best most efficient plan. I also love that they do 10-20 percent discounts on treatments each month.

I have been to body lab twice now & am very impressed with the doctor & the staff, The doctor gave me great advice, & helped me understand the process. 1st time I had some lip filler & around the lines that run from your nose to mouth. And a bit of Botox. When I got back to work every one commented on how well I looked. 2nd time was collagen in my cheeks & a little Botox in my chin. It looks great. I feel fantastic. I would highly recommend BODY LAB. Listen & take the advise given, you will be smiling for months
First time getting Botox and I couldnt have asked for a better place to have it at. What a brilliant and amazing group of staff this business has. I’m not good with needles and they made me so comfortable. Even when I started to feel unwell out of fear of needles they provided me with so much support and comfort. I had an amazing experience at BodyLab Seminyak and can’t recommend it highly enough. I had HIFU treatment done with Lea, the cosmetic nurse, and she was absolutely exceptional. I visited Dr Irene to have anti-wrinkle (Xeomin) and lip filler (Restalyne Kisse) I am so so happy with my results.. The care received is amazing, 1000 times better than anything you get in Australia. Xeomin is a little bit spicy compared to Dysport, but nothing unbearable. I was also super happy that my lips were done completely by needle and no cannula. They gave me ice to leave with and I pretty much had no swelling and no bruising. I couldn’t recommend Dr Irene highly enough and I will definitely be back.
Had my first cosmetic facial treatment in Bali whilst on holiday. I selected Body Lab after careful comprehensive research as I am quite risk adverse and wanted to be sure I was in safe hands. I had the PRP and Micro Needling on my face and scalp. I have had this treatment done twice before but this was my favourite experience. The spa is professional and clean and the staff are very friendly making the invasive treatment feel much nicer. Trusted place with certifications presented on the wall.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I booked a PRF treatment and, from the beginning, the experience felt unprofessional. During the appointment, comments were made about my blood, including assumptions about my cholesterol levels and hydration status based purely on its appearance. I found this inappropriate and unnecessary. I was attending an aesthetic treatment, not seeking a medical assessment of my general health. After the procedure, I declined the application of an antibiotic cream as it is unnecessary and harmful to apply this after microneedling. As a patient, I believe I have the right to make informed decisions about my treatment. I was then asked to sign a waiver because I chose not to use the cream, and the doctor was irritated. While I understand clinics may have their own protocols, the way this situation was handled left me feeling uncomfortable and that my preferences were not being respected. The most frustrating part came afterward. When I attempted to book a follow-up appointment with the same practitioner (because this treatment has to be repeated and she knows my face) the clinic refused to do so. I politely asked several times for an explanation but received only vague and inconsistent responses. No one was willing to clearly explain the decision, which I found highly unprofessional. The treatment itself was not the issue. My concern is the communication, the lack of respect for patient boundaries, and the unwillingness to provide straightforward answers when questions are asked. Based on my experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been to many clinics in my life and honestly never had such a negative experience.

I can’t recommend Body Lab enough! My whole experience with the clinic was amazing from start to finish. Everything was extremely professional, clean and well organised which made me feel very comfortable. All of the staff and my doctor were so professional, informative and thorough. She is so experienced and knows how to get the best look you require. Her character makes you feel relaxed and with 2 assistant nurses by her side, you can trust that you are in good hands. As a result of this our individual outcomes have met our expectations and been extremely satisfying! We are remembered each time we come back from the Security to the Administration and Assistants. Our Dr’s have been Vika, Irene and Hesty each having a consistent level of professionalism that is upheld from their years of education and experience. Amazing team, from the time your enter through their doors all staff are friendly and polite. I had the premium deep cleanse facial which I high recommend. Each step of my facial was explained during the process, my beautician was very friendly displayed experience. I can't fault this place, absolutely amazing 😍.

Hello, I did a Super Cellulite Reduction today, feel great, of course you will not loose of the Cellulite after one treatment, but the scin is definitely smoother and i actually can see some improvement. Recommend the clinic in general also, very good!
I used to come to this clinic back in 2018 when I was living in Bali, and the service was always immaculate. Coming back after so many years, I was honestly impressed that it has only gotten better. I recently did the Vacuum Roller treatment and could already feel the effectiveness after just one session. I immediately booked my next appointment and will definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommended.
I booked in for scalp prp consultation, I always wanted to try it as my hair is starting to thin and the prices in Bali for treatments are great and I got a xmas discount for this specific treatment, the nurse and doctor that performed the treatment was very informative and not pushy with the treatments I was enquiring about, the clinic is beautiful and clean and the staff make you feel very comfortable, overall I’m very happy! the treatment itself was no where near as painful as I was expecting it to be and I’m really looking forward to seeing the results, I will return to bali and will get a second treatment if needed! I had an Oxygen Detox Facial at this clinic and absolutely loved the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish — the clinic is beautiful, very clean, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The therapist was highly professional and attentive, did a deep and thorough cleansing, and explained the steps clearly. The treatment lasted 90 minutes and ended with a very relaxing finishing mask, which was the perfect touch. I left feeling refreshed, deeply cleansed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic and this facial treatment!
