Hotel dengan nuansa vintage yang seru dan lokasi yang strategis. Saya sempat beberapa kali datang ke sini untuk pertemuan dan juga menginap. Konsep kamar yang saya tempat seperti studio, dengan mini pantry yang akan sangat memudahkan mereka yang tinggal cukup lama. Amenities do dalam kamar cukup lengkap, seperti setrika dan mejanya, safety box, perlengkapan mandi, hair dryer dan sebagainya. Tempat tidur nyaman dengan bantal dan selimut yang cukup. Kopi dan teh serta gula dan krimer tersedia, lengkap dengan alat pemasak air panas dan pembuat kopi. Sarapan juga enak, dengan beragam makanan dan minuman baik oriental, Barat maupun makanan Indonesia. Hotel ♿️✅, dengan ramps, lift dan flat surfaces. Ada ruang meeting dengan AV facilities yang memadai. Parkir juga tersedia di bagian belakang hotel. Ada pool dan gym juga. Hotel ini terletak di wilayah Wahid Hasyim Jakarta Pusat yang juga banyak di kelilingi restoran serta tempat menarik lainnya.

Dateng kesini bareng anak 2 tahun. Dan seru banget. Anak minta main playground terus. Dihotel juga banyak aktifitas feeding fish, feeding bunny, main archery, naik tuk tuk. Gak cukup cuma sehari. Kamarnya bersih dan adem. Kemarin dibantu sama Mba Shafira, baik banget. Overall pelayanan disini sangat memuaskan dan ramah. Btw kita nyobain dinner iftarnya, banyak varian beefnya dan dagingnya empukk banget, bumbunya medok. Mantaplah. Kapan2 balik lagi.

Pada hari Natal 2025 dari jauh2 hari saya reserve utk keluarga saya dan semua okey salut buat mba nya yg mengakomodasi . Begitu masuk ke restoran tempat christmas brunch kemarin suasana terlihat kaku dan tegang some of the crew dan chef . Tamu disambut tidak sepertinya dan masih berlanjut dengan welcome drink yang saya melihat di meja2 lain begitu tamu datang di sambut dengan minuman tersebut tetapi tidak dengan meja saya. Saya harus memanggil dan menunggu kisaran 15 sampai 20 menitan setelah kami datang dan menuju ke buffet dan 3 kali saya menanyakan ke mereka pertama ke waiter bernama RAMA dan kedua saya tidak tau namanya dan ketiga seperti manager on floor karena memakai jacket...yang luar biasa mengagetkan saya sepertinya mereka ini crew2nya membeda2kan agak RASIS saya mengatakan ke manager tersebut bahwasanya saya datang ke mari di sini membayar bukan undangan gratis..setelahnya suasana nya jadi kurang enjoy buat saya dimana sedang menikmati suasana natal...yang heran lagi itu manager sudah saya beritahu keluhan saya nampaknya juga cuek dan tidak ada feedback ke saya atau ke pelayanan ke kami...mohon pihak management menghire orang2 yang berattitude baik karena ini bidang jasa dan service...untuk berikutnya ngk akan lagi injak itu hotel..so bad experience

Hotelnya bagus Hari ini makeup n hairdo di sini, pagi jam 5 mom groom jam 10 tante dan re touch mom groom jam 17.30 Kamarnya nyambung 3 ruangan. kolam renang di depan kamar, serasa privat swimming fool. Menuju vila di hubungkan jembatan, jembatan di batasi dengan kaca tebal, Dari jembatan bisa liat dekorasi /acara pemberkatan, dekorasinya bagus. Menunggu re touch saya di musholah, sambil makan siang. Musholah berada di lantai Basement, akses lift dari lantai 2. Di lantai 2 ada ballroom untuk wedding, Dekorasinya bagus. Stafnya ramah ramah semua, rungan wangi, AC nya dingin. Sangat nyaman stay di hotel ini,roomnya sangat bersih .. fasilitasnya sangat keren ada kolam renang dan gym. Makanan di restaurantnya jugá sangat enak dengan pelayanan yang sangat ramah terutaman dengan mba Syafira sangat friendly dan sangat membantu.

Paling utama adalah: lokasi strategis. Terutama untuk urusan di tengah Jakarta. Bahkan dengan berjalan kaki Anda bisa mencapai banyak tempat tujuan. Kebersihan sangat terjaga. Sayangnya di Google Review tidak menyertakan indikator ini. Kalo disediakan, kan bisa menambah 5 bintang lagi 😄 Dan kebersihan di sini penting, karena banyak tamu expatriates. Kan malu kalo terlihat kumuh dan dilihat orang luar. Keramahan juga bagus. Sebagai praktisi pariwisata, hospitality yang disuguhkan sudah sangat baik. Hanya perlu dipertahankan saja. Untuk makanan juga tidak mengecewakan. Kadang kalo di hotel dengan banyak bule rasanya jadi gak jelas arahnya. Tapi di sini kita bisa menikmati makanan lokal dengan baik, dari sarapan, makan siang, hingga makan malam. Terakhir, layanan yang sigap. Saya mengalami masalah kelistrikan 2 kali di kamar, pada jam 7 dan 10 malam. Ketika telpon ke resepsionis langsung direspon, dan teknisi hadir di kamar kurang dari 5 menit. Menginap di hotel ini tanpa ekspektasi. Iseng mengisi waktu liburan, ternyata meninap di sini sangat menyenangkan. Saya kebetulan memilih kamar tipe Loft dengan 2 tingkat. Dengan desain semi unfinished dan perlengkapan dapur yg lengkap sanagt membantu saat membawa bayi. Tidak lupa untuk bagian toiletries juga lengkap, namun untuk sikat gigi mungkin bisa diganti lebih lembut bulunya dan kecil. Terakhir mention kamar suarnya tembus bagian samping dan atas, saat suara melangkah, suaranya terdengar apalagi saat malam hari,tp itu minor. Selanjutnya bagian yg sangat bagus adalah restoran dimana semua staff yg ada sangat helpfully dan ramah. Saya dilayani oleh staff Anita yg sangat membantu tidak lupa staff yg lain terima kasih. Pilihan makanan juga sangat beragam dengan kualitas terbaik. Catatan mungkin bagian resto yg bertembok kaca agak terasa hangat, jd jd mudah keringat. Tp itu minor juga. Ada juga kids activity di lantai 2, membuat anak betah staycation di hotel ini. Tidak lupa poolnya gabung dengan sky garden menambah aktivitas yg dapat dilakukan di hotel ini. Bagian security juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Saya sangat rekomendasi hotel ini dengan beberapa tambahan perbaikan minor, dan pastinya saya akan kembali ke hotel ini kedepanya. Hendra Kurnia S

Semuanya ok dari receptionist saya check-in sore tapi baru bisa masuk besok paginya karena keperluan persiapan tahun baru. Tapi ada masalah ketika checkin yaitu wastafel mampat tapi bisa dicari solusi dan tidak bermasalah kebetulan ketika dikerjakan saya juga tidak ada lagi dikamar. Layout tempat tidur dan partisinya yang agak membuat kesan sempit. Dapur memilik kelengkapan cukup baik dari kompor, microwave, water kettle, sendok, piring, pan dan lain lain yang cocok untuk masak ringan. Posisi kamar saya diujung dan dibagi dengan void jadi ada pintu pemisah antara 4 kamar lainnya. Efeknya suara aktifitas tamu lain tidak terdengar beda dengan hotel yang memiliki koridor panjang tanpa sekat. Posisi juga sangat strategis. Kebetulan menginap hanya 1 malam.
