Saya menginap ketika long weekend, kondisi resort ramai karena ada beberapa kelompok sedang gathering. Meskipun sangat ramai, tapi menginap di kamar tepache yang posisinya paling atas dari resort ini tidak akan terganggu. Ketika sudah malam tetap sepi, adem, viewnya luar biasa. Malam citylight dan pagi gunung salak. Jalan pagi keliling resort udaranya bersih, adem juga, viewnya cakep. Kamar tepache ini ada 1 double bed dan 2 sofabed kecil2 yang bisa diubah jadi 2 kasur. Tinggal request dipasangi sprei aja, nanti dikasih bantal dan selimut tambahan. tanpa harus nambah cost extrabed. Bisa cukup berempat di kamar. Ketika baru datang, di beberapa titik sudah ada security yang membantu mengarahkan. Setelah cek in dapat voucher welcome drink sejumlah orang yang menginap di kamar. Ada shuttle standby yang sigap mengantar ke kamar2. Saran saya kalau mau bermain beberapa permainan di sini, belinya sekalian aja ketika cek in supaya ga bolak balik karena pembayarannya menggunakan voucher ga bisa beli di tempat permainannya. Wahananya ada yang free dan juga ada yang berbayar. Hospitalitynya juara sih menurut saya. Semua pegawainya ramah. Sekitar jam 6an sore, frontdesk menanyakan lewat WA apakah kamarnya ada kendala atau tidak, mungkin sudah SOPnya ya. Saat itu keran airnya di kamar susah dicari titik hangatnya, bisanya panas banget atau dingin banget. Teknisi langsung datang mengecek, meskipun sudah diutak atik memang susah jadi akhirnya dibawakan ember dan gayung untuk digunakan mencampur air supaya hangat. Malamnya diantarkan compliment berupa 4 cangkir bajigur dan sepiring ubi kukus. Sarapan free dapat 2 pax, mau nambah bisa bayar 121rb/pax. Anak saya masih kecil dan makannya sedikit jadi sayang kalau pesan buffet, tadinya mau pesan ala carte kids meal di restonya aja tapi ternyata baru ready jam 10. Pegawainya menawarkan bayar buffet, tapi makanannya bisa pilih semaunya dan luar biasanya bersedia mengantarkan ke kamar. Jadi ortunya tinggal pilih2 makanan, dibantu wrapping oleh mereka lalu diantar ke kamar. Diantarkannya pakai mobil khusus angkut makanan, bukan pakai shuttle yang biasa untuk bawa orang. Kami gathering dg total peserta 124 pax, pelayanan tim resort semuaa tanggaap. Bahkan ada grup koordinasi, semua PIC dari FO, banquet, room, house keeping, security dan transport, semuaaa gercepp, view resort sangaaat bagusss jelas gununggg, resort bersihh, semuaa sangat baikkk, makasih banyaaakk
Kesini saat weekend dan kebetulan available. Tempatnya sangat family friendly, parkiran memadai dan meskipun lokasi menginap jauh dari lobby tapi selalu ada shuttle yg mudah dihubungi. Kamar bersih, seperti tenda2 yg unik.. tapi kalau yg suka pemandangan pasti butuh jendela. Hehe. Pemandangannya bagus, apalagi kalau cerah. Pelayanan juga cukup baik. Yg paling penting, akses ke lokasi aman untuk segala jenis kendaraan krn tepat d pggir jalan raya besar.

Kamar secara bentuk sangat unik, namun agak terlalu sempit (kami ambil tenda apache untuk 3 orang), termasuk kamar mandi dan toilet yg kecil. Air panas tidak bekerja maksimal, sehingga dingin ketika mandi. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh para petugas sungguh luar biasa, sangat ramah dan sangat terlihat tingkat pelayanan yang tinggi. Lokasi agak sulit dicapai, terutama akses menuju lokasi yang padat lalu lintas.

Kesini dadakan setelah jumatan di Masjid At-thohir, yg ternyata aksesnya lumayan challenging krn macet, mungkin krn banyak pertigaan dan angkot ngetem. Ga nginep, cm renang.. tiket masuk kolam 30k/pax. Pemandangan dan suasana bagus banget. Jajanan dan kopi jg affordable.

Fasilitas nya oke, lengkap dan banyak Pelayanan juga ramah. Bangunan tergolong bangunan lama tapi masih terawat. Pengguna motor tidak dibolehkan sampai lobby walaupun hanya untuk drop atau pick up barang, tapi mobil bisa. Iya sih disediakan shuttle tapi harus muter dulu dengan bwa barang barang yang cukup banyak. Agak merepotkan dan discriminate pengguna motor Kalau bawa banyak jadi nya begitu deh, Untung saja ini gak hujan, kalau hujan kata petugasnya dipayungin, kan kocak Packing ditempat terbuka Semoga management bisa bebenah, tamu anda bukan cuma pengguna mobil aja

Tempat menginap yg sangat nyaman , luas .dan pemandangan yang memanjakan mata dan udara yang menyejukkan . Pelayanan sangat sangat baik , semua petugasnya sangat ramahhh Sudah 2x ke tempat ini . Tahun 2021 dan 2026. Tidak banyak berubah masih tetap asri . Namun yang sekarang tidak sebaik yang dulu Makanan : TOP Banyak spot foto dan tempat bermain anak , Hanya satu yang menurut saya perlu di tingkatkan : kualitas tukang taman /tukang kebun yang kerjanya kurang maximal . Pohon2 produktif yang ada disana tidak dirawat dengan baik , Banyak tempat yang kurang di maximalkan Padahal kebun bunga dan syur serta lahan klw di rawat maximal hasilnya bagus . Dan ada beberapa fasilitas yang kurang perawatan , shower rusak , di wastafel ada kotoran cicak . Semoga kedepannya tetap menjadi high seperti awal awal dulu .

kesini dalam rangka acara gathering kantor sih, jadi dapet service yang memuaskan. tapi terlepas dari itu, ada juga moment plusnya kalo kita nginep pribadi. seperti, makanan di restonya enak enak. soto betawinya juara sih. then staffnya ramah dan fast response. Tanpa diminta, saat lihat ada yang sedang menunggu, security langsung manggil mobil wara-wiri. karena memang lokasi dari satu ke lainnya jauh. sempet ada moment anak hampir tenggelam di kolam renang, ngga sampai 15 menit dari mulai security, pool guard, semua langsung standby. ada minusnya dikit sih, saya di apache, tapi air panasnya ngeri banget :)) digeser ke air panas sedikit malah keluarnya mendidih kali :)) digeser ke dingin malah air es wkwkwkwkw trus kalau mau nginep dengan yang bukan keluarga inti harus pesen 2 kamar keknya, karena shower n toilet terpisah, naaah terus di dalam shower ga ada gantungan baju. kalau kit adi satu kamar, sementara baju anduk ditaruh di luar shower room... wkwkwkwkkw liat aurat dong yaaa.. sepertinya ada bekas tirai pembatas antara shower dengan kasur tapi tirainya ga ada. padahal lebih baik ttp ada supaya mandinya tetap nyaman. pemandangannnya pun luar biasa bagus. yaaha ngga nyesel sih kalau mau jalan sendiri juga, service nya pasti sama deh.

Untuk kamarnya kami pilih yg standar, isinya bisa ber 5, kamar mandi dan toiletnya terpisah cuma di toiletnya ga ada sabun, dan dikamar mandinya pas sampai ada cicak di pojokan, karna saya jijik sm cicak jadi agak ga nyaman sampai tidur pun terbangun berkali kali karna suara cicak berdecak terus di belakang kepala. Untuk para staff ramah ramah, sarapannya juga enak enak. Tempat beraktivitas banyak, kolam renang juga lumayan, untuk tempat sih oke aja, kids friendly lah, tapi untuk kamar 8/10.

Pengalaman menginap sambil berpetualang yang seru. Cocok banget buat bawa liburan anak. Dari cek in sampe cek out semua aktifitas nya gak ngebosenin. Tempatnya luas sampe 12 hektar. - Kamar tenda nya worth it gak nyangka akan se mewah ini. Walaupun siang hari gak panas. Fasilitas komplit tinggal bawa baju ganti aja - Wahananya ada banyak favorit anak adalah berenang. Kolam renangnya ada 2 gaes. Waterboom dan infinity poolnya ramah anak - Restonya TOP aku sampe 3x pesen makan disini - Sarapannya buffet semua meny nya enak² - kemana² kita dianter pake shuttle jadi jangan sampe gak di jelajahu ya semua spot foto di area ini Pokoknya wajib kesini gaes

Berkesempatan menginap di the highland park resort hotel bogor tgl 18-19 oktober 2025. Kesan pertama memang tempatnya terasa luas, ada fasilitas shuttle disana. Saya akui shuttle nya gercep masalah jemput menjemput, misal dari kamar ke lobby atau dari kamar ke area resto. Kebetulan saya menginap di apache kamar 721. Ukuran kamar sedang, cukup untuk pasangan dengan 2 anak. Tersedia extra bed yg sudah diberi sprei dan juga sofabed yg blm diberi sprei. Ukuran kamar mandi khususnya shower room super kecil. Buat mandiin anak balita aja udah sesak. Kemudian di kamar saya juga pencetan sabunnya eror, lambat dan keluarnya dikit-dikit, udah sempet komplain tpi ya enggak bisa diganti tuh alatnya. Jam 12an malam tiba2 bau saluran got super bau di dlm kamar. Untuk menu sarapan tgl 19 oktober, mnrt saya cuma soto bandung yang enak. Ada ayam goreng manis yg ayamnya super keras karena gorengnya terlalu kering. Sampai ga sanggup saya kunyah. Next untuk resto tlg diperbaiki untuk rasa masakan & menunya. Untuk fasilitas yg lain oke aja. Ada feeding animals, rusa, ayam burung. Kolam renang juga oke. Oh iya satu lagi, untuk cangkir di dalam kamar begitu kotor. Ada bekas kopi entah teh. Saya gosok2 juga enggak hilang. Over all oke deh meski mgkin kamar mandinya tetep jadi point utama yg kurang mnrt saya.

Pengalaman yang menarik bisa menginap disini dimasa liburan anak. Fasilitas lengkap, ada mini zoom outbond, kolam renang di atas dan bawah. Makanan standar tapi varian lumayan banyak. Kendalanya untuk mobilisasi dari penginapan Apache ke resto dan tempat lainnya cukup jauh. Tapi ada shuttle yang siap antar. Pengalaman pernahi menunggu sampai 45 menit. Air panas di kamar mandi, perlu di cek kembali karna kami kesulitan memilih air hangat. Yg kami dapatkan geser kekiri terlalu panas, geser ke kanan air dingin sekali. Yang super super adalah pelayanannya. Pegawai super super ramah, fast respod cukup dengan WhatsApp.

Kebetulan Minggu lalu saya ada acara gathering. Walaupun gathering saya bayar untuk fasilitas kamar dan makanan juga. Cuma kalo lihat di traveloka kamar yang saya tempati tidak dijual atau habis saya kurang tau. Pelayanan disana ramah, cepat dan juga baik. Fasilitas shuttle ataupun wahana bermain atau aktivitas lainnya juga cukup lengkap dan baik (ada yg berbayar dan ada yg sudah include kalau menginap) Makanannya juga enak-enak semua dan lengkap. Sayangnya saya dapet kamar yg zonk, menurut saya kalau memang tidak layak please jangan disediakan. Memang... Mungkin karena gathering biar masuk budget jadi di press dan di paksakan. Tapi kamar seperti gudang gitu disediakan sih menurut saya seperti kalian menjatuhkan diri sendiri ya. Saya gak akan bilang gimana bentuk kamarnya, karena menurut saya gak layak banget. Better kalian bilang tidak ke client, daripada jadi boomerang buat kalian.

Dekat dengan ciomas, letak highland park resort hanya bisa dilalui 2 kendaraan arus bolak balik. Jadi kalau mau pakai bis, mungkin bis 54seat bakal menuhin jalan dan bikin macet. Pastikan google map tidak melintas di perumahan ciomas melainkan lewat jalur kota, karena sumpah jalannya menanjak dan berliku. Mobil kecil aja ngeden. Back to The Highland Park, tempatnya sangat luas, cocok buat acara gathering, capacity building atau acara keluarga. Mereka memiliki daya tampung yang cukup banyak. Arena main anak dan kolam renang tersedia dengan papan seluncur yang cukup seperti di water park versi mini. Ballroom mereka cukup besar dengan layout ruangan landscape. Boleh” saja sih mengadakan acara dengan format veritical, tapi ada pintu di kanan atau kiri yang mungkin bisa mendistract acara. Kamar di lengkapi dengan handuk dan amenities standard, ac dan wifi tersedia. Colokan juga cukup banyak, di kamar minimal ada 3 socket. Kamar bisa diisi untuk 4 orang dalam acara grup. Dengan 2 ekstra bed di bawah lantai, bukan menggunakan ranjang ektra yah. Penerangan di setiap jalan juga tersedia dan menariknya mereka menggunakan solar panel, sensor, jadi saat kalian jalan, seakan ada yang menjaga dengan menerangi kalian dengan lampu. Karena jarak kamar dan venue cukup jauh, Disini menyediakan shuttle yang buat sampai dengan 13 orang. Jadi jangan khawatir pegel atau jalan jauh. Mereka juga mau kalau diminta antar ke parkiran. Terdapat resto yang juga digunakan saat sarapan pagi. Makanan disini cukup enak. Ada alternatif pilihan yang cukup banyak. Overall tempat ini cukup menyenangkan. Sehari dua hari, ok lah yah. Tapi kalau lebih dari itu, kayaknya rindu rumah 🫢🤭😁

Hari ini tanggal 13 Nov 2025 sebuah pengalaman yang luar biasa sepanjang perjalananku menuju tempat wisata. Jalur yang di arahkan via map akibat penutupan jalan dialihkan jalur alternatif yang lebar bahu jalan hanya pas body mobil estimasi +-180 cm dengan struktur cor beton tanah merah. Yang aku sayangkan kenapa pihak manajemen tidak menghubungi kami dan memberikan informasi adanya penutupan jalur utama. Pemberitahuan bisa via WA dan lain sebagainya sehingga bisa diarahkan supaya tamu tidak tersesat. Untuk resort sangat rekomendasi semoga kami bisa berkunjung kembali bersama keluarga sembari menunggu jalur utama rapi.

Pengalaman pertama mengadakan acara kantor di Highland Park luar biasa puas, aspek terpenting yang membuat Kami puas adalah pelayanan dan hospitality nya yang sangat terlatih dalam melayani tamu. Seluruh staff sangat Helpful dan Ramah-ramah dari mulai Security, Resepsionis, PIC yang menghandle acara, pelayan resto sangat baik dan ramah. Tempat ini sangat cocok untuk acara kantor karena tidak jauh dari Jakarta, udara nya cukup sejuk, aktivitas nya menyenangkan, game master nya seru. Tapi sayangnya jalan Raya Ciapus agak kecil, banyak kendaraan yang parkir / berhenti pinggir jalan yang mengganggu akses kendaraan besar. Selain itu ada juga jasa dokumentasi selama kegiatan berlangsung, satu jam setelah checkout kami langsung dikirimkan link dokumentasi bahkan dibuatkan short video rekapan kegiatan kami. Terima kasih Highland Park Resort, sungguh pengalaman yang berharga, semoga kualitas pelayanan tidak akan berkurang.

Pengalaman baru utk nginep dengan konsep tenda, ini kali ke2 ksini, kali ini coba bersama keluarga. Dari pengalaman check in - check out, karyawannya ramah banget. Respon cpt. Disini menrut saya utk bawa anak umur 18bulan sangat cocok. Karena kamar bersih, mini playground ada, kolam renang ada 2, tgl plih mau yg mana. Mobil wara wiri buat antar kekamar jga standby. Trus, pernah air panas gk kluar, teknisinya cpt banget dtgnya. Resto 24jam, jdi gk perlu kluar" buat cari makan, jdi ckup disana aja tanpa hrus keluar. Sarapan pagi ckup bervariasi. Kebetulan stay di tenda tipe apache, 1 kamar bisa 4 dewasa(1 kasir queen dan 2 sofa yg bisa jdi kasur). Kamar mandinya jga bersih.

Beberapa waktu lalu kami mengikuti acara kampus disini, sekitar 300 orang join untuk berbagai acara di outdoor dan aula utama. Secara umum fasilitas untuk kegiatan seperti ini dapat dipenuhi oleh pihak resort dengan cukup baik. Hanya saja ada beberapa catatan. Saya kebetulan mendapat jatah untuk tidur di barak superior bersama teman2. Posisi kasur langsung menempel di lantai. Sayangnya untuk barak dengan kapasitas hingga 20, hanya terdapat tiga stop kontak utama, dua dipakai untuk TV dan dispenser air. Untuk kondisi terkini, dengan banyak gadget yang perlu akses listrik, hal tersebut sangatlah merepotkan. Untuk rasa masakannya cukup, tidak terlalu istimewa namun masih bisa dinikmati. Di sekitar resort ini terdapat beberapa cafe dan restoran yang cukup terkenal dan menyediakan fitur dan layanan yang menyenangkan juga, salah satunya M**c99. Kalau tidak puas dengan kuliner resort, bisa coba alternatif tersebut. Lokasi mudah dicapai dari kota bogor dengan jalanan yang menanjak namun masih wajar. Berbeda kondisi jika menggunakan beberapa jalur alternatif, beberapa titik perlu melalui tanjakan ekstrim dengan beberapa kondisi kualitas jalan yang tidak baik.

pertama di tahun 2015 acara outing kantor, kali kedua ajak family karena school holiday. terasa masih sama tidak ada berubah, great view, menu restoran harga too pricey but rasa lumayan lah. kalau breakfast tambahan 121.800/pax B ya perlu ditingkatkan lagi rasanya. sy inap di superior berdekatan langsung dengan resto. hanya kamar mandi shower air panas kurang berfungsi. kamar perlu penerangan dan bersih lagi. stay maks 2 malam terasa cukup lah bisa dapat semua outdoor activity. thanks highland

Nginep di apache cuma agak susah sinyal disitu, di kamar mandinya sabun susah keluar dan kalau untuk akses mesti sabar aja nunggu shuttle datang. Tempat dan fasilitasnya bagus, lumayan bersih. Akses menuju curug ataupun mau hiking ke gunung Salak juga dekat. Tempatnya rimbun banget, tapi kalau malem gelap. Sempet ada 1 kejadian horor juga sih pas di lapangannya malem-malem hehehe. Namanya juga deket gunung Salak. Tapi overall kalau mau nyoba stay dengan style Mongolian (Yurt) camp gitu, ini bagus kok. Tapi kalau yang di camp Yurt-nya itu ngga kedap suara yaa. Saya masih bisa dengar suara orang di camp sebelahnya.

Resort yang posisinya tidak jauh dari kota Bogor. Semua fasilitasnya sangat seru, pelayanan staffnya ramah. Sebenarnya udah lama mau coba nginep disini, tapi setiap weekend full terus, ternyata setelah nginep baru tau alasannya kenapa suka full. Nilai plus menurut gw + kolam renang ada 2 (1 untuk umum & 1 nya khusus utk tamu yang menginap) + staff buggy car sangat sigap buat antar kita dari penginapan ke spot2 fasilitas + banyak acara yang cocok buat anak2 + area sekitar tidak terlalu dingin & juga tidak terlalu panas, sangat pas menurut gw suhunya + staff2nya punya knowledge yang bagus & sangat murah senyum Selain itu menurut gw ada kekurangannya, tapi menurut gw masih dalam tahap “yasudahlah” - karena area resort dekat dengan warga, disaat itu ada acara hajatan warga yang masih berlangsung sampai tengah malam, suara sound systemnya cukup mengganggu karena dekat dengan penginapan gw & yang nyanyinya fals banget gila 😂, kalau gak fals mungkin bisa dinikmatin sedikit, tapi karena waktu itu weekend gw sama anak gak terlalu mempermasalahkan - di camp tempat gw menginap ada beberapa peralatan yang masih berdebu, entah mgkn lupa dibersihkan/terlewat, tapi masih dalam tahap wajar Intinya resortnya benar2 cocok buat acara2 keluarga. Rencana mau mencoba lagi tapi weekday, karena weekend selalu full 🥲

Pengalaman mencoba menginap disini , dengan harga 1.6 jt/ malam kamar rada bau lama/ kaya bau kayu/apek , kasur ada noda kondisi kamar kurang bersih , handuk selimut tidak wangi. Sudah gitu wc toilet jet showernya bocor muncrat2 air kemana mana, satpam juga rada kurang ramah dan sangat ketat di hotel ini ditanya macam2 Pas check in sekitar jam 2/3 sore s taff di bagian recepsionis minta req sofa bed untuk dipersiapkan dari booking ol tidak dilakukan dengan alasan menunggu kedatangan, sudah req dan di ok in , ternyata sampe jam 8 malam saya pulang makan tidak diekrejakan , dengan waktu 5 jam ngapain aja itu recepsionis/cs sungguh mengecewakan , breakfast biasa saja tidak ada mesin kopi hanya standart kopi hitam dan yang habis pukis kue2 tidak di refill (jam 9 ) Yang saya sukai dan tidak memberikan bintang 1 untuk hotel ini hawa pemandangan alam , ac dingin dan staff room boy dan bagian shuutle antar jemput yg sigap dan ramah membantu, sisanya perlu peningkatan lagi

Setelah disurvei lokasinya pas banget untuk acara ghatering n Aniv buat anak2 komunitas baik motor maupun mobil. Parkir luas, tempat sejuk, Aula untuk acara hiburan pun tersedia
Saya stay di Treehouse. Cukup bagus dan enaknya ada dua kamar mandi. Lokasi kamar ini di pojok jadi berbatasan dengan masjid kampung belakang. Kalo saya tidak apa apa karena bisa senang bangun subuh dan suara adzan. Tapi kalau untuk non muslim kayanya akan sedikit terganggu dari suara speakernya. Treehouse ini berada di atas kandang rusa. Jadi menurut saya aga kurang higienis aja untuk stay (kandangnya memang cukup bersih tapi tetap saja kita ga akan tau kapan itu rusa mau buang air dan lain-lain). Saya berbicara dengan resepsionis dan akhirnya rusa bisa dipindahkan sementara ke tempat yang aga jauh dari rumah pohonnya. Great job buat karyawannya dan sangat ramah. Kolam renang dan permainannya sangat menyenangkan. Mungkin sedikit di cat agar terlihat lebih baru. Viewnya hotel ini dbest. Kalau pagi hari gunung Salak terlihat jelas.

Salah satu lokasi menginap yang futuristik dengan bentukan tenda Mongolia dan Apache. Suasana cukup tenang dan hawa segar pegunungan yang sangat sejuk dirasakan. Layanan kamar sangat baik dengan perhatian yang sangat intens akan kebutuhan dan keperluan pelanggan. Mobil antar-jemput yang selalu standby mengantarkan dari kamar menuju lobby dan sebaliknya. Lokasi cukup menantang di atas bukit kaki gunung Salak. Harap berhati-hati jika membawa kendaraan karena jalan cukup sempit dan gelap, sesekali berlubang. Sarana hiburan cukup menarik, seperti kolam renang dan wahana permainan anak.

Tadinya permah kasih bintang 5 krn pas itu cuma nginep doang. Tapi setelah 2-3x bikin acara lg disini makin kesini emg servisnya agak lama ya Sofar tempatnya enak dan dingin, makanan agak krg bervariasi, bikin acara di hall tiba2 hari terakhir di geser ke aula baru tapi krg proper. AC ga dingin sampe buka jendela, tempat sempit, complain berkali2 lama bgt penaganannya. Peserta dan narsum udh gobyos keringetan sejam lebih tetep ga ada penanganan malah blg krn pesertanya kebanyakan. Org hotel yg standby di tanyain malah ga tau apa2, dan katanya urusan ini sama salesnya. Jadi kyk ga ada koordinasi antara sales dan tim yg standby 😌 Sorry to say servicenya kureng bgt.
