Tempat yang lumayan luas terutama area merokok, gedung baru karena berada diepiwalk yang baru renovasi. Minuman enak, makanan enak, dingin dan wifi lancar, pelayanan pada umumnya. Terimakasih

I am a regular customer of this outlet. Had been coming almost every day w/ my family. We thought that we know every barista there until today. I am busy at my home so I asked my husband to grab some coffee, to use the promotion from Line in my phone. The voucher was redeemed at the time that my husband was in the counter and I took a screen recording (NOT A SCREEN CAPTURE) for the proof. However the barista serving my husband declined the transaction saying that the promotion was not valid. He (and a couple of other baristas there) tried to play the SOP card, saying that the barista was the one who needed to click on the voucher. 1) This is not written in the T&C that I as a customer see. 2) I have been a regular customer of Starbucks all over Indo. Never had I had a barista clicking my phone for a voucher. My husband ended up furious and bought coffee from another store next door. Again, it's not like we cannot buy the coffee without extra discount whatsoever. But it's the service that matters, esp. w/ the fact that many people in Indo ban Starbucks (boycott). Anyway, by the end of the day, we live days with rules. Don't create rules that are non existent. And even if the customer is not right, please decline him nicely, esp. if he is a regular. It's such as shame that we won't go there again. We had good memories, but those days are gone, it seems.

Worst service ever. Been a regular in here but today I received a very unpleasant service. Tried to redeem a valid promo but being coldly rejected. Congrats Starbucks Epicentrum! You’ve lost a loyal customer! What a treatment for a regular customers!

Suka banget sama nuansa warna sage green dan interiornya setelah revamp! Beda banget auranya dengan sebelum renov, kalau dulu kesannya gelap dan unwelcoming. Sekarang lebih lush, airy, and pastinya lebih luas. Well done!
