IDLE Bakery

A small bakery around Mayestik, serving sourdough, canelle, and other artisan breads. I tried their butter tteok, which came with dulce de leche sauce, and it was nice.

best service, artisan bread, best kombucha because coffee is overrated.

I was not ready for IDLE Bakery to open up so close to my house. This place is going to turn me into a sourdough and focaccia eating monster. Their baked goods are absolutely heavenly 🤤😋 It is recommended to pre-order your items to get exactly what you want. However, they also have some ready made items every day. You simply must try the garlic & Parmesan and the onion & cheddar focaccia. All of their sourdough flavors are also delicious and the texture is exactly how a sourdough should be. You can taste the love and passion emanating from the bread (no joke) We will definitely become regulars at this bakery 🫶🏻👍🏼

One of the unique fact about IDLE Bakery start from Focacia and Zucchini iş one of my favorite here. Banana Bread here also uses sourdough which makes it unique.It has my new favorite menü called Tempe and Cakalang which makes it full easily.

Really liked the foccacia, great portion for fhe price. It was fluffy and flavourful. It would be nice if the olive oil taste could pop out a bit more. The cookies were also a generous size. I was expecting a softer cookie, but it was still really nice! Would definitely come back to try their other goods, especially that babka.

Freshly baked sourdough and focaccia. Cant think of anyone doing it better in the area.
